Warm.friendly staff clean comfortably room. I had a Great stay

There was one night were the fire alarm kept going off and the water was off which kept us up that was an inconvenience

The location was the only good thing I can say about this room.

The room smelled horrible. It smelled musty/moldy and you are not able to open the windows for fresh air. The room itself was dingy, go there if you absolutely have to.

Great location and overall a decent place to stay.

Being an extended stay there's not a 24 he customer service,pool,or breakfast.

The price.

We did not realize the lack of services available. They only clean the room once per week. No cleaning staff was available on Sunday, so you could not get clean towels. Many times we had to get the key to the room recoded and often no one at the desk.

The staff was polite!

The room had an old smell! The furniture was old! The shower curtain, couch and pillow cases were dirty! One of the blankets on the bed was torn and discolored! My towels & toilet tissue were never refreshed!

Central location and affordable.

Rooms could use some upgrades.

Mattress ok

No clerk on duty. Cars parked in registration spaces. Had to double park and look for someone to check in with. Hallways all smelled like old cigarette smoke. Room selled like old cigarette smoke. Construction and roadway noise in room on 4th floor.

Location was close to where I needed to be.

No Ice machine. Promised a queen been and got 2 Full size beds. Hallway smile like marijuana.
