Quality Inn Marietta near Dobbins ARB

The room was very dirty, the shower and tub had dirt and hair in it. The towels were not clean the blankets had many big stains in them including cigarette burn holes in a supposedly non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes

Yes absolutely. I was not given the room I reserved because the 3rd floor was off limits. The elevator was broke so you couldnt bring your bags upstairs. The buttons to get to the floors were smashed and broken. Front desk was terrible at helping

Location was close to the ballpark

Cleanliness - black mold in the shower, cigarette burns in the sheets. Moved to a different room that still had mold in the shower.

When I complained about the accommodations not meeting our expectations, the manager quickly agreed to refund our fee except for the 1st night. Even though we went elsewhere the 1st night, I considered that a fair response by the manager.

Lobby smelled of smoke, room had a musty & heavy perfume odor, towels were very old/worn, room was dingy and unappealing. I have COPD & could not stay in such a place so we made a reservation at a nearby Holiday Inn Express.

The staff were very cordial. The rooms were relatively clean, the was just a small spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Everything else was spotless. The location is great, very close enough to The Battery, Braves Stadium, plenty of restaurants, shopping

The room had an odor to it and in the halls you could smell marijuana the stairways were sticky and the elevator was dirty

The beds were super comfortable.

It looks a little tired. Needs some cosmetic updates. Our bathroom door looked pathetic.

Nothing Did not stay here! Terrible MOLD problem. I have allergies to MOLD. From my 15 minute stay my health was affected and I had to leave the premises.

Horrible Mold Problem Filthy Hotel

The room was clean, and the bed linen and towels were new and fresh

The rest of the hotel is being updated, so there is a lot of bad smell and the walls needs repairing. My shower did not work at all. So I was unable to take a proper bath and wash my hair. I reported it on day one, 1. But it was not fixed by departure.

It was close to the highway.

Room was average and breakfast below average. Only waffles and other cold stuff.

Convenient to the interstate.

Exterior was newly painted and landscaping was nicely done but people left their fast food trash and cigarette butts in parking lot ruining owners hardworking and investment

What I like about the hotel. The cleanness of the outside.Going in side customer service was great. I need a 1 floor and shw help me get 1. Going in the room then smell and whole room was clean. I would recommend any one to stay there.

No there was nothing I didn't like.

Room door had a filled hole and 2 not very secure blocks of would for night lock. Refrigerator was so loud could not sleep. Bed uncomfortable. Free breakfast was a joke.

The check in associate was rude, they charge a pet fee (red roofs don¿t usually) and it was expensive for a hotel that had paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. The hotel was also half smoker rooms so that was unpleasant. Overall wouldn¿t recommen
