Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta/Marietta

Staff was nice and helpful.. Only real issue was housekeeping doesn't come every night unless you ask..we asked they still didn't. Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Someone tried to enter my room at midnight . Come to find out it was a maid wanting to clean room .they tried to open door multiple times . Also there was no working phone in either of rooms we rented

Clean and spacious room

Poor breakfast quality, inadequate selection of food items compared to other Hamptons. The Food server's were very friendly and engaged with guests. I suggest also focus on food quality I,e. Dry scramble eggs, sausage looked overcooked, no pastries, etc.

We were passing through town visiting friends so 1 night stay. The staff at breakfast was delightful. The room was clean but smelled just a bit off. The bed was a little hard but overall not a bad place to lay your head down for one night.

Tthermostat didn¿t work. One week later in the same hotel, I had serious safety concerns. The fire alarm went off for, elevator didn¿t work and then the power went off I could not watch a good portion of the game and the phone did not work.

See above. I probably will never stay at a Hampton inn again after years and many positive experiences. They have fallen a long way.

The cleanliness and size of the room . The staff was excellent. Personable and professional. Patient and understanding of all the customers and met their needs accordingly.

Everything was fine. I will definitely stay here the next time I¿m there for any business.

Dry shelter

This hotel stated (in description) that I would have a sofa with pullout bed. On arriving I found out that didn¿t exist. I showed them the description and she said it wasn¿t her problem.

The manager was fantastic. They weee accommodating of our large group.

There was no room cleaning unless you stayed 5 days +

Pool was closed

The room was pretty clean. You needed a key to get up the elevator, so safety was great. There was a decent breakfast.

One staff member sat and watched us knock to get in and had to call. While outside we got pressured to give a guy money to get a cab. The floor of the room was sticky and weird. Half the breakfast looked sketchy.

Very clean. Loved the breakfast in the morning. Really liked that you had to use your key card to operate the elevator! I will definitely stay there again! Was 10,000 times better than the Hilton Garden that I stayed at the night before in Georgetown KY!!

Location/Cleanliness

Someone in Galway talking loudly from 3 in the morning until 7. Did not get sleep and nothing was done about it by staff

Person at check in was scruffy, no mask and wearing a shirt that said something like "enforcement". Certainly set the wrong tone for the hotel.

Location,cleanliness,breakfast, and the professionalism from the staff. I always enjoy my stay there. It's thee best hotel in that area.

Upon checking out the desk clerk did not want to give me a receipt, also was not cleaned at all. They will have to do better. did take $25.00 of bill haven't seen a refund from you,BAD.

Very, very clean!!! Updated rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff
