Tub in the bathroom was not clean in bad shape needed to be replaced.

Elevator wasnt working while there but was able to get a room on main level for my mom 96

The lady at the front desk during check in was extremely nice and helped us out when we needed plates for our pizza.

It was a little outdated and the WiFi didn?t work but those are just things that happen, the biggest thing I didn?t like was breakfast was suppose to be served at 6:30 and wasn?t open until 7:15. It was good but put us behind.

Proximity to the friends' home I visited.

Yes. My friend and I were out of towels; one cleaner promised us clean ones very soon. We got the towels about 3 hours later.

Breakfast started later than most hotels I've stayed in. I wasn't able to take advantage of the free Breakfast since I had to be at work by the time Breakfast started.

There elevator didn't work. It was painful going down and up the stairs . The bath tub faucet was broke. ; the fire alarm was broke?

Breakfast sign says 6:30am, when we there waiting the lady gives attitude and says she will not have breakfast ready till 8am, Also we booked a room for 2 nights, after the first night they removed our belongings and took them downstairs at front desk...

Room was clean; however, strong smell that previous occupant smoked marijuana. We sprayed Lysol, but did not do much good. We did not report because the hotel was fully occupied and we liked our room. The staff and housekeeping were very good.

The welcoming service and how they personally greet you & the location was excellent. Only 10 minutes from my church.

They did not have enough bacon for breakfast.

The breakfast was good.

The room was cramped and had an odor. The door to the room looked as though someone had tried to break it down. Loud talking and laughing from the hallway kept me awake most of the night.

Bath Room ceiling was peeling peeling & water from shower ran in floor even though curtain was closed. Wednesday the water was cut off without noticing us.

Staff was excellent.

Room was dirty. Curtains had stains. The couch had stains and was dirty. The TV was stand was dusty.

Overall, the hotel was in close proximity to our event and destination. The overall appearance of the hotel met our expectation, and room was cleaned to satisfaction.

On, Friday, May 6, 2022 at approximately 8:00 est, I went in the bathroom to use it. As I turned to sit on the toilet, I slipped and fell. The fall was caused by a pool of water that was on the floor of the bathroom. Pictures and a video was taken.

Thermostat in room didn't work. 38 degrees in room entire night..had to be moved to another room. But had to wait for next day because hotel was sold out

The entire staff was very pleasant. They cleaned my room even though they were short staffed. The room was gorgeous. It was very spacious.I loved the very high ceilings. spacious. I am definitely going to stay there again.

Overpriced, mattress too soft, staff not compiling with posted signage that masks were required at all times while inside of the hotel; staff not holding guest accountable; one elevator for hotel that size is unacceptable; noisy; not enough parking spaces
