Friendly staff and most areas were clean

The breakfast was only till 9 and there wasn?t much hot food left at 8 am (started at 7) Also people were clearly vaping/smoking were innThe building

Their site stated that breakfast was a HOT BREAKFAST and it was not. My room was clean but had an odor. There was no iron or hair dryer in the room. I had keep sharing an iron with other customers. Breakfast (toast) could not be eaten in the room.

Yes when I got there I had to pay $60 more and I were told that I would get it back when I check out I have not got my money yet

Half of my deposit was taking from me I told them two nights I wasn?t full accommodated

Nothing the area is poor , it looks like an abandoned building

Everything I felt in fear the whole stay, people smoking and hanging out all day , it smelled like urine all outside followed by marijuana, my kids were scared as well, we had no chiice but to stay since we could not get a refund

I loved the big shower that was always hot and relaxing. The shower is big enough for two!!!!!

The location made me uncomfortable and I did not stay. There was a policeman patrolling the parking lot and numerous people standing around outside.

The room and hotel was clean.

False advertisement. This hotel was not advertised as an extended stay hotel for those in need.

i didnt even stay at the hotel because the staff were so rude

if u come early there is no early check in and they will make you wait outside they have a nice lobby but paying guests still have to wait outside with your luggage while strange people walk around. i will never book again

Young Dark hair guy that worked late night was NOT Very attentive. FIRE HIM. Cable was not working. Room was not as clean as i have experienced before.

The rooms and hotel was nice and clean. Staff was under trained, breakfast was a disaster, stale with watered down juice and coffee, TERRIBLE. NO LUGGAGE CARRIER AND CLERK GAVE OUR KEY TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO TRIED TO USE IT!!!!!

The amenities were terrible: Why did they offer breakfast when it was very stale and juices and coffee were watered down to nothing. No luggage carrier, as a senior citizen, I had to make several trips to get my luggage.

Advertise hot breakfast, big YNt only thing hot ess the waffle iron . TV and phones did not work. Too much drama with guess, SWAT had to be called out. There's a security guard posted eaach might. Was unable to sleep at the Sleep inn.

So clean and quaint.A1 remodel. Please keep it that way.

One small issue, breakfast. Why must every hotel serve breakfast items full of sugar with no healthy options? Waffles, muffins, and cereal are great but fresh fruit, yogart, etc would be healthy options for those of us with healthy eating lifestyles.

I have stayed here a few times. The rooms are basically a "hit or missed" along with the check in representatives. Some are fantastic and great like staff, but don't press you luck on the rest, Not the best experience.

I have stayed here multiple times, and have yet been able to test the full complimentary breakfast. It's usually gone in seconds. But that doesn't mean that the breakfast was decent. Just saying. Check in can be good or a nightmare, as per the rooms.

The room assigned on this particular trip was a lot better. My previous stay was "horrible". I spoke about it in a previous review. This stay was a night and day experience. I had no issues with this stay. The front desk attendant was great.

My only complaint for this review was that it was "raining and cold" at the time of my checkout. But that had nothing to do with Red Roof.

The cleanliness of the room and the location was the very best part. The hotel is surrounded by grocery stores and fast-food places for quick bites to eat. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows.

The Continental breakfast wasn't that great. It's good that they do offer something, but it's definitely not worth your time. If you select the hotel just for that purpose then you will be disappointed. There was a small bug in the bathroom.

The welcoming staff was pretty cordial.

My husband had gotten sick overnight assuming some bad take out food.; the next morning he went to the front desk to ask for more towels. The staff was completely rude to him because he asked for towels. I will never stay at a Red Roof again!

The room wad nice but smelled like marijuana. Had to get a new room.
