Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta East/Stonecrest

The fact that there was no ironing board in the room and when I called about it, I was informed that it would be by the desk for me to pick up. It should have been brought to my room by housekeeping. Also, there was a $3 charge for bottled water in room.

People were friendly and it was very clean.

The breakfast is great, but nit free.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous ,and professional! When you needed an item like towels, it was promptly given. The items like shower gel, lotion, hair shampoo soap etc were attached to the wall. It gave the appearance of a spa setting.

The toilet in my room, 218, was low. For senior guests, an adaptive toilet seat should be included.

Location was ideal to event attending.

Some staff very rude with a attitude. Charged me for breakfast I did not eat just sat and had a cup of coffee. They could not figure out when to clean my room. Small weigh room no cups for water and small pool loaded with chlorine.

The hotel was nice. Customer service was good. Breakfast was great.

I didn't like that my guest and I did not get the two queen beds we had paid for and no one would budge on giving us anything off our stay. Highly disappointed.

Cleanliness, room was large. Staff was very friendly. All in all it was a good stay.

Having to purchase breakfast - would have been better if it was included. Otherwise the breakfast was enjoyable and satisfying satisfying.

Our room was very clean. I can tell it was recently updated, nice glass shower, mirror, new floors and new sink. The lobby area was clean and updated as well. The parking lot was quiet and clean too. Staff was friendly. Will stay again.

Very, very clean and the employees were very professional and friendly. The bedroom AND bathroom were immaculate. Will definitely stay here again and again.

This was a single most worst experience I¿ve ever had staying in a hotel in 52 years. Was made to change rooms and had power shut off before moving. Hot water did not work either day. Cold showers to start my long days. Awful, awful! Need a refund.

Room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated.

Did not realize that the hotel was under renovated at the time of booking. Appearance as you walked in was not very welcoming.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. Would have been nice to alert guests before you book that there will be problems, noise, spitting faucets and showers, etc.

I don¿t like a friendly hotel. I am not amused with sleeping in a room a dog was in. My opinion. I feel specific floors should be for dog. I am allergic to dogs so sneezing from a dog is not fun. It doesn¿t matter how much they clean .

They allowed me to schedule my room cleaning service. They monitored noise level so it was comfortable and enjoyable being in the room.

The TV channel guide was incorrect and needs to be updated. In addition there were no room service menus in the room so one would have to leave their room and go down to the restaurant if they wanted to order food. I definitely didn¿t like that.

I reserved a king size room they did not have any so I had to take a double queen size room

Yes, everything was great except the TV. The cable keep going in and out you couldn't get some of the Channels. I was very disappointed for those two nights.

Did not like that the shower did not work properly. Did not like that I wasn¿t told at check in that I had to request my room cleaned. The staff could be friendlier and not make you feel like they are doing you a favour.
