it worked as just a place to sleep before resuming travel

just not kept up and maintained well, rundown feel to it

Nasty, sink leaks, all channels all full of static except 1. Keys cards barely work. Batteries are taped to the back of remote, no back on remote, two different stays, they never refunded either deposit.

Customer service was good

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very poor, and smell. Walls dirty, sheets has spots on them, lobby sofas was very dirty like they picked up from someone dumpster. Seems more like where drug dealers set up housing.

My room was in the front by the office so it was quiet for the most part.

Tv remote did not work so it was stuck on one station all night. I did see some bugs in room. Bed was dirty. For $--- a night, just go to microtel right down the street!!!

Everyone was friendly.

There was supposed to be a deposit for the room but after I complained they let it slide. However, I did have concern about security in the building and area.

it had a vacancy

location, lack of cleanliness, property condition was beyond poor, parking was ridiculous. Most cars took up 2 spaces, the handicap parking spot was occupied by a vehicle that did not have a placard or a handicap tag,smelled like weed, room dirty

The walls were very thin. Even from the end of the first floor hallway, we could make out what people were saying in the lobby. The whole place smelled like weed, and several smoke alarms went off during the night. The bed was lopsided. Do NOT recommend.

Nothing! The pictures they have online isn¿t that hotel. Very dirty. A lot of drugs being displayed. It really needs an upgrade. Carpet very dirty.

Our room was moldy, smelled musty, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the floor was damp to the touch as were the beds/sheets. Location was fine but the type of people that coveted around this hotel were less than desirable.

Near a state park. Small fridge and microwave. Not too noisy.

Dirty place all over, sketchy area, no breakfast or even coffee. Drug dealer or gangsta type of crowd in the parking lot.

The entire hotel needs a makeover! The entire environment was unsafe and unsanitary. The people that occupied the place were very questionable. I had some questions and concerns so I called down to the front desk and the front desk clerk and supervisor ¿¿

The location.

I was told and paid the regular price, I was going to have a breakfast included but it wasn’t. I should have gotten a discount price. When I got there, it was 2 women in the lobby arguing.

Look nice from outside but dated inside

The smell of smoke was strong in a non smoking room. Lots of car traffic throughout the night with different groups coming in and then leaving. Did not sleep well at this location.

Not much to say here, I expected more from a Wyndham property

Location was bad, elevator needed work, paper copies are made of CC information and stored in a folder accesible by any staff member which I believe is a major compliance issue. Additional charges for late checkout...

My night front desk clerk was fine. My morning clerk I called three times about a violent fight above my room. The third clerk I called on November 18 was evil.

nothing, worst experience ever

elevator didn't work the entire 3 days, Roach in room, chair broken in room, people outside my door taking and making loud noises the entire night, it was awful, hallway smell awful
