It was very clean and organized and convenient with the breakfast buffet, and all condiments excellent for the stay!!

I’m not sure, but I thought we were supposed to have cleaning services every day with clean towels. We were at there for three nights,, no one came to clean or replenish the room with fresh towels,,,

The location was great for the reason I one to visit.

My room wasn't cleaned properly. There was lots of hair in thy show and trash underneath the let out sofa.

Was very surprised at size of room it was massive and then a small kitchen . Awesome will defiantly be searching for home2suites rooms next time I book. Free breakfast a good one too not just bagels and cereal.

Nope everything was great

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were surprisingly large. The staff was friendly with a good demeanor.

The bed and pillows were easily the worst I¿ve ever experienced at a hotel. The pillows had no loft and after sleeping on the bed for 2 hrs, I woke up with severe back pain from the mattress. I got up and limped to the couch where I sat until morning.

It was a comfortable clean room. It had everything we needed. The staff was efficient and pleasant. The hotel was clean.

Not enforcing mask being worn if customers come down with no mask they are not asked to put it on. Will not stay here again during covid

New, clean, not yet worn, design or rooms, sitting area in room, kitchen in room.

There is nothing within walking distance. Pre-made eggs for breakfast. They should anticipate needing more of certain food items on football game weekends.

Clean room. Overnight clerk was verg courteous. Enjoy the variety of the breakfast selection.

The staff was phenomenal. Every employee we met ask if we needed anything.

My kids enjoyed the curtain that give privacy for the person sleeping on the pull out bed as well as the pool area.

Hotel employee was a great first impression. the room was spacious and exactly what I hoped for. would definitely return!

Didn¿t want to go home so decided to get a room. The BEDS and BATHROOMS! Felt really good and SO CLEAN!!!!

Hotel staff was very friendly. We needed an extra pillow and they were happy to provide. The breakfast is not 5 star but it is better than most hotel breakfasts. This hotel is VERY clean and spacious, and surprisingly, VERY quiet.

We always check our mattresses before getting into bed at a hotel, and the sheets, duvet, etc were all very clean, however there was a lot of hair/debris on the actual mattress itself. Not sure how often those are cleaned but otherwise clean mattress.

The room was not properly cleaned, to the point we had to leave in the middle of the night.
