We arrived about 1:45 pm (check-in at 3) and we were told that we would have to pay $50 for early check-in which is ridiculous!! We sat in lobby until check in at 3.

Easy to get to and centrally located.

Needed to be cleaned around outside bottom of shower. The shampoo pump did not work and when front desk was told nothing was done.

Room wasn't ready even though we checked in over two hrs after designated check in time. Blinds were broken and we couldn't lift them to get light into the room. Tv was broken - there was no maintenance man on duty, and they would not move our room.

Its my favorite hotel back home so I trusted them while traveling in a different town

Well I didn¿t even check in until like 2am and was charged full rate and then I¿ve heard some one coming in that next day (which was Saturday) around noon and he got a --- rate. --- + was too high.

Staff was very friendly and it was quiet.

The door needs replaced or repaired. It was very hard to close the door,we had to shove it really hard with our body to close it from the inside. The front desk clerk said that a lot of the doors were like that.

Everything was nice!

It smelled good and fresh throughout. The bed mattress and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was far more than what expected.

The only things I would say is that the shower is too small, toilet is too little, and the pool is very small. This won't keep me from coming back.

Breakfast could be better and have more variety.

Room had not been cleaned. Trash on the floor. Bed was lumpy and pillows need to be thrown out and replaced. Least favorable Hampton Inn.

Room zetup.

The towels were old and coming apart. There were no hand towels. There were someone else's clothes ledt by the AC unit.

The front desk was welcoming and staff were very pleasant. I felt comfortable as a single woman staying here alone.

Friendly staff, free breakfast was phenomenal, bed was comfortable and location was good

I did not like that the first room assigned to me had not been inspected for cleanliness so when I walked in beds weren¿t made and there was a disgusting odor. So, I JD to go back down to check in and get another room.

from the moment I walked in they were super helpful. They attended me super fast. Upon entering the room it is perfectly clean with good aroma and comfortable. In the lobby you can see that in every corner there is hand sanitizer. The pool is very clean.

The only thing I didn't like was that apparently there was a shift change and the receptionist who was there every time I asked for something she denied it to me.

Beds were comfortable

The room was not clean enough. There was hair in the bathroom and the toilet was not clean.

Friendly and professional staff, very clean dining area and food service area as well as the gym and pool.

Hotel ran out of clean towels two days and the front desk staff had to wash and dry towels both evenings for guests.

It was not too close to the main road and it was very quiet area. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was so very very polite would definitely book again

Could have changed out towels, emptied trash, and more soap shampoo for second night.

I absolutely loved the hotel and my check-in personnel. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The location of the hotel is spot on, it's off in the cut to itself.

Nothing much you all can really do about it but the guest were a bit loud for my liking.

It was priced right

Our room was on the 4th floor RIGHT NEXT TO the elevator. It was so loud all night long . They were no wash rags. There was no remote. Called the front desk and was told to “come get some”.
