Quality Inn Lagrange East I-85

I was loaned a charging block for my phone, but it overheated and began to burn.

I wanted to pay for another lady's stay, but the day staff said they wanted her to leave. I did leave.

The bathtub was clean.

The smell was a mildew smell. It was very strong.

Lighting, location and ease of checking in. I also thought it was super cool they have touch keys!

I believe there might have been some sort of plumbing issue in our room (415). When the shower was turned on there was a sewer smell coming from the drain.

Location

Rolling chairs and beer cans on walkway to door, safety latch broke, neighbors talking loud and laughing from 320-420 am woke us up when we checked in at 12 am, staff only ask me room number when I checked out no conversation

The room was dirty, sink stocked up, the bed sheets was dirty, the shower wasn¿t clean. Horrible experience. I really want my money back

The room was nice and clean. Liked the wood floors instead of carpet. Favorite part? The comfy king bed was the best!

No, I had a nice time and would definitely stay there if going back to the area.

The hotel is somewhat dated however it was very clean and comfortable. You could have a hot breakfast of eggs, biscuits, sausage and creamed beef gravy or continental style. The service staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. It is a great value.

The hotel had a smell to it. Also had stains on the furniture and one of the bed sheets. The second night that we came into our room there was a roach on the lamp shade!!! Also the hotel double charged me and I had to speak with the manager.

Very old and run down furniture! Bed spread had cigarette type holes, oil stains in the chair, shower had low water pressure.

The location was the ONLY thing that I liked about the hotel

The room was filthy and had bed bugs. The staff was rude and unresponsive and after 5 days with repeated emails and calls, the manager has yet to get back with me. Do NOT stay at this hotel!!!!

I caution everyone to not choose this hotel. My crew that works for me has been staying in this hotel since last Tuesday. Came Home Saturday and door was left open. Complained to office, said sorry, it was cleaners. happened next 2 nights. No resolve

Nice room, good bed, microwave, refrigerator, free wifi.

On second floor. Minor inconvenience.

The desk clerk at checkout was incredibly friendly.

Cigarette burns on the covers and the walls were dingy and dated.

Hotel is dated but they are remodeling and updating. It is not a 2.5 star now and should be rated as a 2 star at the most.

I did not feel that the hotel rating was accurate. The hotel was fine for what it is ...Quality Inn. The example used for your 3-star is a Hampton, Courtyard, etc. These hotel are 3 stars. The Quality Inn (outdoor room entry) is NOT a 3-star.

It's not far from shopping center and restaurants

Spiders on bed spread, loud A/C unit, carpet stained, nasty film on desk and microwave! This place needs a complete renovation, getting rid of everything except maybe the frame of the building! Does not measure up to star rating! More like a 1star!

Nice Room

I went down and had the "free" breakfast it seemed nice. As I was eating I noticed something moving on the container that holds the sugar and sure enough it was a ROACHE. Needless to say I was done eating....

Good Value Friendly Staff

Mattresses need to be replaced or at least in the room we stayed in. They seem to be very cheap and are hard and make LOTS of noise every time you move. No elevators
