- The room was a bit old and rough. Sofa cushions were not on correctly, carpet felt damp in spots. Just needs a bit more care by the cleaning staff I think

Staff was absolutely top notch! From the check-in guy to the lady who relieved him that night to the lady in the morning. All 3 went above & beyond to make us feel welcome and even offer to help us with our luggage, offer plates & silverware for our take-out dinner, and even take our family photos in front of the beautiful decorations (more than once). Top notch best customer service at a hotel we've ever had!
Only 1 issue with the elevator door not opening for like 20-30 seconds for some reason.
