Clean, large room and had everything needed. Staff was very friendly and professional.

A little noisy at times. Folks upstairs. Vacuum in the hallway.

Relatively new hotel

Staff - supervisor and housekeeping  were absolutely rude and act like thugs. They commented about my child dropping items on the floor and made extremely offensive remarks made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant

Very good design for the hotel, and especially the hotel room. We had a 1 King Suite, with a sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. It was the quietest & darkest hotel room we have ever stayed in.

New clean and well lit outside

$100 pet fee. I¿ve stayed other times for $50/75 but 100$ was excessive! Especially for a one night stay. Cleaning a room for a pet that only slept in the room for 7 hours is a lot different than a pet that spends a few days or longer.

The room was very large and was great to have a small kitchen in the room and the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed in any hotel.

Our room was a king suit. The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean. We asked for a couple of extra pillows and they delivered them to the room promptly. The room was spacious and met all our needs. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Not one single thing. Hilton Home2 suites has become our preferred hotel anytime we travel.

The staff were exceptional!! Very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful! From the moment I checked in and got my key card I was provided with detailed information (where the facility accommodations were located), and what to expect with parking since there was a lot of activity going on (car show on the following morning and several families in town for a kids baseball tournament).I've been to a lot of hotels in my years but the Hilton Home2 in Kennesaw, GA is one of the most exceptional! We will definitely be booking this hotel next time we need to stay overnight in Kennesaw!!

We got a great night's sleep but the only thing I think could have been better is the bed which was not as soft as hoped but then again we have a super soft one at home. We could have also used two pillows each; there were only three total. We made do with what we had and still had a great night's sleep. These minor bedding issued were definitely NOT a deal-breaker.

Paying to park!

Staff was very nice and friendly and very helpful with showing me how the grill area works.

Like decorations and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious and the fact we were next to a window next to the stairs, was amazing ?. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Johnathan checked in at intervals to inquire if we needed anything.

Didn't like that we didn't have a variety of herbal teas, for my husband. There was plenty of free coffee which I enjoyed ?.
