Cleanliness, location

The location of the elevator was way too far from the side doors we had to use made it difficult to carry our things to our room. The humidity in our room made everything feel sticky.

It was clean, tidy and in a good location.

Yes. I did not like that house cleaning would walk-in to my room, not once, but twice, without knocking on the door first. There was a bit of mold in the shower, nothing too crazy, but still they should try to remove it better.

The variety of options for breakfast, having fresh fruit available all day, the 24 house coffee/tea/water station. Also, everything was aesthetically pleasing!!

If I had anything "bad" to say it would be that the breakfast didn't have a non-pork option on the days of my stay. I was told that those options are offered however it's not a set schedule of when the will that will be. Nonetheless, I qwas still pleased.

Convenient location, great rate and very clean rooms and hotel as a whole.

I didn¿t like it and I wish that I would have made a better choice. Kids everywhere and lack of supervision as far as the hotel goes. We couldn¿t even get into the pool because kids were everywhere. Never had stayed at this hotel but never again.

Yes management could have been better and managed things better. There was lack of help and the rooms were not great, the bed was so uncomfortable plus so noisy with all the kids there. I ended up with bug bites or something whenever I got home.

Very clean hotel. Had free chicken wings and beer one night in the lobby. Enjoyed playing pool and working out in the gym. Very good hotel for the price.

The hotel admitted they had my confirmation, but They overbooked the hotel, so at 830 pm when I tried to check in I was sent down the road.

Location.....bath soap/shampoo

Bed was hard and sheets extremely thin and did not fit well....bottom sheet kept coming untucked.

Cleanness and location

The price and maybe some hotel night workers the lady¿s were little rude. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome and Courteous.

Hotel Staff were excellent, helpful and professional. Room was very clean. Security of Hotel where you could not go to floor in elevator without card key was very reassuring to our safety. The breakfast was first rate.

There are no vents in the bathroom.

The location was close to alot of restaurants and retail stores. Conveniently right off the interstate as well.

Clean! very drab/boring compared to the bright, fun, upscale, lobby&bar and outside lounge area. Parking is horrific if staying on the 'Tru' side, extremely limited amount of spaces forcing you to park on the complete opposite side of the two hotels.
