The location

Lots of noise w/ one couple fighting night & day. New carpet in the hallways is desperately needed. The sign at the front desk states registration records will be released to law enforcement at their request. I only stayed one night of the two I booked.

Location, nice room with a mini-kitchen, friendly staff

We had a problem with the checkout. We had to go to the appointment at 9:30 am, but the front desk was closed until 10:00 am

The staff member was very kind and put me in another room.

The room smelled like roach spray and my room was not even made up or ready for a guest.

It was cleanish

Dishwasher broke, not pot, pans, not dishes to use.

It doesn?t have a pool like advertised or breakfast available. Had to purchase pots and pans etc.

Room smelled like people been smoking in there for years. Was there with my 30 month old daughter. They didn?t have any clean towels when I asked for some. Was there for a week

Hotel staff would not let me check in unless I had papers for service dog had to pay for service dog

The staff here is what makes the hotel a great experience. Everyone is so helpful, polite, and overall help you with anything you may need. The rooms are a great size. You have all the amenities that you need. It's so comfortable being here.

I have not came across one thing I do not like about this hotel.

Actually nothing, I left my sunglasses last Thursday and I call back on Friday and Saturday and the guy who did my check in said he found those, and I let him know that I¿ll be back on Tuesday, I back on Tuesday and someone attended me and the opposite.

They stole objects from the costumer and cover echa other. Be aware and please go somewhere else.

first room beds not made up and room not cleaned, next room the one bed had dirty sheets and no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Spacious and clean rooms

The facility is a bit old and the rooms need some refurbishment

The walkways and the room had a smell. There was dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom and sleeping area. Something on the bed made me itch all night. The breakfast was not a breakfast at all. Very disappointing and I'm glad it was only one night.

Cleanliness of hotel and hotel staff.Staff was not knowledgeable in there duties and we was rushed out room by cleaning crew and still had 2 hours to check out

Quiet and serene location

No coffee every time I went to lobby from 8-11am.

How big the room was and the pool and it being quiet

We chose this hotel for location and it was a good location.

I liked the location. It was not facing the highway, so it was not noisy.

It was advertised as a free breakfast, but it was only cupcakes and coffee. The coffee was not good. We don't eat that.

What I liked the most is that they had no more standard rooms available, even though I had booked it earlier online. The attendant was awesome she called the MGR and upgraded me to a different room free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I didn't care for the men hanging out at the back door entrance. I didn't feel threatened because I was with my hubby. but I can see if other guests may have.

I was going to a conference across the street, so the location was perfect.

Visual as you walk in, the room looked clean. There was however a cockroach problem

Shelf in room collapsed when I placed suitcase on it. TV service went out 3 times. No directions for pool. Pool not skimmed daily. People smoking in pool area. Someone spit a piece of strawberry on the water cooler in front of the elevator for 3 days.
