Pros +
- Very nice and clean. Well maintained and friendly
- Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast variety was nice surprise as hot items changed daily.
- Clean, comfortable bed, people were pleasant, continental breakfast
Cons -
- The shower was the smallest shower ever. If you raised your elbows up to your shoulders, you would touch the sides of the shower walls. Yet there was an excessive amount of room in the bathroom. Very odd layout for the bathroom.
- Not really, glad dogs are put in different area.
- Evening coffee not warm enough (morning coffee barely warm enough). Only 2 luggage carts; we had to wait an hour at 8 am for one to be available.

Location, room cleanliness and bed comfort, breakfast selections, Edna (breakfast staff member).

Clean, safe, well lit, friendly staff, free hot breakfast, fresh coffe and cookies. I tried to save a few bucks on similar hotels in the area on past trips that were disasters. Disgusting, dirty, broken microwaves, lamps, wallplates, . I'll never switch
A small sundry store, snack shop would have been terrific.¿
Night staff very helpful and cordial at check in. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were very attentive. COFFEE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS!
Nice, excellent location super clean and great staff
It's always clean and the staff is friendly
The pillows. They're just awful and offer no support.
The beds are clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is mediocre. Old furniture
Hotel employee, who served us our breakfast, was very friendly. Felt very safe at breakfast service during COVID. Staff overall very helpful and friendly.
Super cute and inviting room decor! Extremely clean, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff, location is close to Atlanta without being right in the middle of chaos, only 30 minutes from the airport even in morning traffic!
There was nothing to dislike!!!
Location, clean, friendly
Breakfast
The offer was for a king size bed room. We got two queen beds. We were on our 20th wedding anniversary trip.
Proximity to dining, shopping and business was excellent.
Clean, efficiently laid out.
Breakfast was satisfactory - nothing special but crowded and out of several things.
Friendly staff,clean
First floor room was a little loud.
friendly staff, very clean. Lack of quality restaurants and late night food was disappointing.
No hotel bar
Staff
Shower was very tight. Too small
No one cleaned the room
Convenient location.
Some of the breakfast selections were awful - i.e., the egg and cheese "omelet."
