Holiday Inn Express Atlanta-Kennesaw By IHG

The hotel seems old and in need of repairs. The elevator is dirty and smells bad. In our room, the bathroom was very small and the tub was dirty. The bathroom popcorn ceiling was cracking and peeling. Overall, the room smelled musty.

Breakfast wasn?t served on Christmas. Bathroom toilets was so nasty thought the seat was broke. Carpet need to be replaced and pillows is just basic.

Cleanliness

The toilet was slow when I arrived and at some point during the night it overflowed. I had to plunge it myself. And the morning of checkout the elevator wasn't working. I had to make 2 trips up and down from the 6th floor with my luggage.

nothing......i could not stay there. the smell was so awful. they even gave me a choice of a second room but it stunk just a bad. I left & found another place to stay.

Everything was terrible.

The elevator moves very slow the hallway between the rooms need to be clean, very dirty

Room was not made up when requested 2 times, sink repair took 2 days to fix staff acts like they don't speak English!

Side of the hotel facing the highway is noisy. Hotel needs a deep, deep, clean. 1 of the 2 hotels is closed - the 2nd elevator will likely be closed soon.

The distance to my family.

The food, the bed, the smell of the hotel, one working elevator. I could go on.

room was quiet

TV did not receive signal, front desk said they'd "recycle" it. No impact. Bed had noticable deep indention. Temp set on the a/c was 60 (lowest possible) but it only cooled to 73. Room changed on 2nd night - same a/c issue with it.

Easy to find location was great!!!

Checked into room within 2 mins discovered TV was damaged and reported it to front desk. They asked if I had done it!!! Then given room for 1 night that was Queen bed NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!

The bed, hotel employee did great with accommodations

Minors running through the halls, knocking on doors & running late until 2-3am. Management was horrible & did little to nothing about it. We made complaints. The teenagers were attempting to intimidate my husband and the police were called.

Elevators out of order Had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. We stayed at the same hotel Sept of 2023 and elevators were not working properly then either

It was very close to where we needed to be.

Room was dirty. Moldy. Homeless encampment outside.

Cleaning staff was rude and was rushing us to leave well before check out time.

The bed had multiple of sink pockets in the mattress. The bathroom wasn't fully clean, the bath towels had hair of another guest on it.

Breakfast was very good.

Would¿ve been nice here. If they were done with the elevators, they were working on one elevator was down only one was working. In the morning got very crowded. Trying to get an elevator down to the first floor took longer because of construction being DO

Good people, good bed, breakfast was good.

Very busy area, very noisy, the power went out from 8am until i left at 12 noon no hot water for shower that day. I stayed 4 days and 5 days.

Bed was comfortable

The guy at check in was unfriendly. The elevators were broken and disgustingly dirty. The glass shower door was broken and could barely open/close it. Sink drain had no cover on it and it was partially clogged.

Proximity to our events.

The elevator was still being worked on since my last stay 6 months ago.
