The room was dirty, they did not offer hot breakfast as advertised, the pool was closed, and the hotel smelled.

Room door was falling off the hinges, and you had to tilt it up when you wanted to shut. Had to pull harder than you should to open it. We picked this hotel as it stated they had hot breakfast; they did not the morning we left. Not clean under the couch.

The only good thing is the location.

There is no elevator even though there are multi levels. The breakfast was terrible. The washer and dryer was broken. The halls and lobby were dirty. The rooms were terrible.

I liked how the room had separate spaces between the sitting area and the bedroom area. I liked the location of where it was.

The room was filthy, the floors, the bathtub, the walls, the doors, and the sofa bed having bread crumbs, hair and fuzz all in it, along with it being stuck until my husband flipped the couch over to get it unstuck.

Very unclean in general. The floor in room wasn?t cleaned at all, bottom of the toilet was yellow.

it was an awful experience the sofa couch was broken, it did not pull out to be a sleeper sofa. the hotel itself was in poor condition and very rundown inside. the door to the room and the door outside to the parking lot were in bad condition

The sheets were clean. It was roomy (king suite)

The room was not in a good state of repair. The breakfast choices were not great.

No elevator. Hotel run down. No carpeting in room.

Yes everything, the tub paint was peeling, the sheets on the bed was torn, the blanket wasn?t fit for a baby, the room smell like mold and mildew. Breakfast wasn?t covered, homeless people hanging out front, cigarettes butts around the entrance.

The location.

The milk was sour and the bread was stale for breakfast. The room wasn't clean when we left for the day.

Near interstate. Cleanliness. Room size. Cost.

This hotel is kinda old and needs to be remodel. We did not feel safe parking n their parking lot...I think need more lights. The bathrooms floor full of hair and the bath tubs was not clean n shower curtain dirty too.

Smell in the room, rust on fixtures, paint damage in bathroom and room, tub looks dirty and missing stopper

The TV was OK

My Hotel room flooded in the middle of the night. I had to leave early. Told the front desk about it. He did nothing. I have called and tried to talk to the manager several times and she is not responding. I think I should get my money back.

Very run down , even though they have tried to reno it. No shampoo or conditioner, lotion. Breakfast was all dried up and gross. No decaf coffee.

Not giving the lengthy list of 14 problems with the room but her are just a few quick ones noticed as we walked in. Deadbolt din't lock,toilet seat had stains and tank was falling off,footprints in the bath tub,and two lights were out.There are 8 more.

The hotel staff are very nice & friendly
