Last minute decision, and they were very accommodating!

The blinds in the room were inoperative, had to pin them shut!

The staff was friendly and very informative, great location surrounding mall and restaurant, very quiet and clean the rooms were really clean, and breakfast was nice as well. Overall this is a nice place to stay during your travels or relax.

Overpriced for the accommodations provided. Room was comfortable. Fridge and coffee maker were an apparent afterthought. Clean towels and cleanup after the 2nd night of 3. Breakfast was average. Coffee not ready 2 of the 3 mornings.

The hotel was very clean and had a new feeling to it. I also liked how convenient it was to the interstate and a variety of restaurants.

The breakfast was very boring. Which would have been okay if the toaster was working and if there had been more than one waffle maker. The waffle maker was the only heating type thing

Loved being on the 7th floor. Saw the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room was very comfortable. Was able to check in late at 2330. Love the Hampton Inn, is usually to pricey.Didnt know it was a Hilton brand.

The pillows were to soft. It was a room with 2 doubles, maybe on one bed they could have firmer pillows and on the other bed softer that way you have a choice. Only offered decaffeinated coffee in the morning after breakfast. No shower cap available.

Special pricing due to no breakfast, no pool use, etc. Staff was very considerate during this covid pandemic. Extra cleaning and good social distancing.

Confusion over room needed cleaning. Staff entered room at night thinking it needed cleaning.

I had just gotten off the road doing a ten hour drive and as soon as I walked in Hotel employee greeted me with a big smile. The check in only took five minutes and everything else was up hill from there. The rooms were clean, up to date decor& no funny smells

No microwave in the rooms. Not a big deal but what they should do is get a few then cart them to the rooms instead of having one down stairs.

The staff were so nice. The facility was super clean.

Despite the air being set low (& the thermostat indicating the room's temperature being that low), the room stayed quite warm. I think the thermostat may have been broken but it wasn't unbearable or even uncomfortable enough to alert management.

The employees were absolutely some of the kindest and most attentive I have ever experienced at any hotel I have ever stayed in.

It was right near the school that we went for graduation ceremonies.

I have stayed in many hotels during my travels and this hotel is definitely on the top of my list for cleanliness and comfort.
