Noisy, unhelpful staff, and nowhere to get coffee. Got locked in the grille area after the door slammed behind me. Had to go through back fence to get out and walk around to the front to get back in. Ridiculous.

Yes. Upon arrival I was promptly informed by reception of lack of hot water for the "next few days". Cold shower wasn't that bad after all!

It looks like a well-maintained hotel. The amenities are quite good, and the atmosphere is serene and safe. It is a very clean hotel.

Hot water didn't work throughout the 2 nights I stayed there, and it wasn't fixed. I couldn't take a shower while there.

Nice size room with kitchen.

The front desk checked me out of my room, when I did not check out and the maid service just walked into the room without even knocking.

It's new, the room was wonderful, loved the mini kitchen. This hotel is a gem. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will be back!

Cleanliness. The elevator has a very strong mildew smell and honestly set the tone for everywhere else. The room has a clean appearance, but closer examination had us second guessing a lot. No breakfast offered. Bed is ok, pillows not great.

My husband & I have been staying here for over a week due to our Motorhome being in the shop. We are full time RV¿ers. Staff & accommodations have been excellent. Rooms are very clean & everything is up to date. It¿s not home but the next best thing.

I have no complaints about anything.

Location is right off the highway exit. It is on a major street that have shopping, restaurants and entertainment. You are 15 minutes to downtown Atlanta.

It is a brand new hotel, open only two months. The location of the hotels sits behind another hotel which makes it difficult to find, the driveway is confusing to entrance of the hotel. Not adequate parking spaces for size of the hotel.

the air conditioner! It blew very cold air then would be off for long time before coming back on. Option to just have fan on continuously did not work.
