Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Kennesaw Town Center

I need milk for my 3 yr old and they didn't have any in the pantry. Went inside the Ruth Chris's Steak house and the bar tender got me milk.

They front desk associates were rude the room widow view, parking

Location and accessibility were great. The complimentary breakfast was elaborate and flavorful.

We did not receive maid service while we were there, and there was no door hanger available to request or deny it.

Worst Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Ice machine beeped all night waking my toddler. Coffee in breakfast was terrible. Had to park in overflow and walk to get to hotel. It was just an awful experience.

The room was amazing

There was an emergency as the fire alarm went off around midnight. There was only one staff member, whom was new and undertrained, left to deal with the issue completely by himself

The room makes me feel at home and the breakfast was delicious.

The coffee pot in my room doesn't work and the cups in the room seems like that was from the guest before.

Location for why we were visiting family in the area.

The restaurant size was not large enough to handle the number of guest trying to eat at the same time, and not enough seating for the guest. Also, not enough employees preparing and serving the food.

I loved the amenities the most the breakfast bar and the social hour was awesome

The bed was not very comfortable .

Toilet seat was extremely loose. Toilet flush did not work properly. I did not request maintenance to fix. Wish they had written instructions for internet connection and basic instructions for TV Guide. No maid service on Thanksgiving.

TV inoperable, toilet stopped up, denied room service as a late request when I wasn't made aware of a deadline for requests, dogs barking, loud guests in the hallway, given the wrong hours of operation for breakfast, and rude staff

Food servicer staff were great!

When we arrived at our room the door was propped open!!!! When my husband went to the front desk they did not care. I asked them to call the police if they would not come check the room or move us to another and they would not. I will not book again!!!

The fee for a a pet is the highest I have paid, almost ---- plus taxes) and the hotel didn't even has bags outside!

Front desk staff missing in attendance and not just for one shift. Pet friendly and you could smell in your room and see hair in various places. They could keep up with the cleanliness better when it comes to the pets and proper air flow.

perfect for visiting my son at Kennesaw. The suite was big/nice to spend time in without sitting on top of one another. Also the two ladies who checked me @ 5pm on 4/6/23 were absolutely fantastic-personable and helpful! Will definitely stay again!

Location

Refusing to allow my 20 year old son to check in even though his name was on reservation. Instead, he had to wait almost 7 hours for his Dad to arrive before he could get in room after working all day & having to get up early & go back to work next day.

The location

It was dated, the room was not clean properly, housekeeping wasn¿t up to par.

The hotel and staff are excellent. All my expectations met.The one thing was the iron in the room didn't work. But, as soon as I called someone brought one that worked. I enjoyed my stay.
