Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta NW/Kennesaw-Town Center

Location

The tub would not drain and the toilet ran the whole time. My granddaughter had dried blood on her comforter and she changed it after we had gotten there late. It was clean but just not keep up very well since it is an older hotel.

Very very disappointed i had to pay $75 for my dog to stay. I could understand a deposit but not $75 non refundable for having a pet. That seems a little steep.

There was a complete interior remodeling going on and I wasn't told when I checked in. I noticed it walking to my room then saw signs. They may have thought I'd go elsewhere if I was told upfront...idk, maybe not. Not horrible just surprised is all.

The room was really nice

I could hear doors closing, the people above me, and the car lots next door but that is not the hotels fault.

The pool, bball court, outside set up period, and room size was great!! Staff was amazing!!! And the hot breakfast was more than appreciated. I'll be back SOON!!

The rooms had a closed in smell almost stale when 1st entering but with a little room spray, perfumes, or etc it was suppressed. NOTHING that would prevent me from booking again.

Good location near stores and restaurants. Room was large.

Our room was on the first floor and in a high traffic area. The floor in the kitchen area of the suite was sticky. There was splatter (maybe soda) on the door.

I was charged the wrong price for the room and charged a smoking fee when I didn¿t smoke it was just incense.

The breakfast was decent and the hotel is in a great area surrounded by everything you could ever need.

The housekeeping staff did a very poor job of cleaning our room prior to arriving. Beer cans from a previous stay were found under the pullout sofa. Linens for the sofa bed were dirty and appeared to not have been changed out. The beds were hard as a rock

Staff needs to be more kid friendly at the breakfast time on Sat. morning assist the kids and others that do need assistance don't stand by the breakfast area with your ear bubs in your ear not smiling and assisting your guests .

Location

This hotel is old. Water pressure is low. The cleaning staffs are not doing their job correctly. They left used bath water in the bath tub. They left used paper toilet seat cover on the toilet. They did not collect all garbage.

Everything exceeded our expectations. This is definitely on our 'return' list of places to stay. The hotel, the staff, the food....it was all top rate!

I honestly can't complain. We had a little trouble figuring out how to open the VERY comfortable couch-bed. But the staff told us the manufacturers are creating a video for travelers to look at in their room...now isn't that a good idea!

It was easy to find and clean. It was in a great location and staff is very friendly.

The bed was not very comfortable. Also the curtains would not close.

Hotel was just as described. The room exceeded expectations - updated furnishings, very clean and comfortable.

The hallway noise. The door did little to block it.

Was charged for my room, despite already payed for and presently awaiting my refund to my card. Also not a big fan of an additional $25.00 charge at time of check in, awaiting that refund as well.

I always love staying at Homewood Suites! The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious!

The room didn't have curtains that covered the entire windows and it was light in our room all night. There was a light curtain that covered the window but nothing that was to block out the light. The other curtain was just for show -- bring your mask!

I liked having 2 televisions and tghe basketball court. Makes travelling with kids much easier for everyone.

Complained on 3 occasions about the noise coming from the room above us. Sounded like the running of the bulls. Problem never remedied (I suspect it wasn't even addressed. No coffee at bfast while entire service team was smoking outside. Charged CC 4times

- Location (close to shopping/entertainment/dining yet away from traffic) - Price (great deal for a large room on Valentine's Day weekend)
