Got half my refund back and complaint of my period blood slightly staining a sheet.

Employees moving furniture the room next to ours all night long. Literally all night long, banging against the walls all night, even after telling them to stop they kept on in spite. Insane.

I don't normally write reviews however this is an exception. The front desk manager was great and very polite and helpful. But I got to my room and found bugs (beetles on curtains and ants on the floor) in addition to smelling like smoke and a beeping fire alarm. I explained this and asked for a room change however the bugs persisted. At this point I left and got a more livable hotel. I have stayed in a number of budget hotels while driving cross country and this was the worst I've ever experienced. Avoid this like the plague.

For the price ($53) not bad in terms of what we got, beds were comfortable, room was clean for the most part, AC worked well.

There were no shower towels provided, just two hand towels. Only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. TV remote did not work, refrigerator barely worked, some people in surrounding rooms stayed up for hours screaming at each other. The smoke detector was taken off the ceiling and batteries out with there being a metal cage around the base plate so no way for us to replace it and ensure our safety

Bed bugs, refrigerator went out, They didn't pay the Cable service so there is Absolutely NO Television t o watch, a mountain of garbage piling up in the back of the parking lot and they have the ordacity to charge you for toilet paper, please do not come here the Housing Code Enfocement will be out here next week because these are dire conditions, this hotel should not be in operation , old furniture, holy curtains in the windows, this is below a " F", Do not Come you will be mad you wasted your money like I did, I lost 40.00 worth of food this is the worst experience EVER!!!!!!

I never got checked in, there was a sign on the front office door saying for assistance to call that number posted on a hand made sight, and nobody answer and ended up sleeping in my car, so I can appreciate a full refund

I never was able to check in.the guy at that address wasn't even going to check my reservation.said he was full...so it couldn't be there so I try calling 3hours booking.com customer service tryed calling Extended stay couldn't get anybody.firsy customer service said they couldn't find me the next one said I had wrong customer service!!si we had to sleep in the car!!
