- Clean room. Location to local parks and nature preserve.
- The location is great. However the place is filled with scuzzy, indigent long term renters. I did not feel safe there and I did not feel my vehicle was safe there.
Cons -
- Tub drained slowly, toilet wobbled a little.
- poverty stricken long term renters all smokers just hanging around the grounds and my door and car
