Western Inn & Suites Hampton

The only thing that was good about the hotel was it was quiet.

The whole experience. It was a discrepency upon check in and the hotel was not willing to rectify the mishap that their front desk staff created. The front desk staff seemed to be on some type of drug and gave no eye contact just kept her head down

It is an older hotel which could use some updating. Cudos to the staff & owner for keeping it very clean and relaxing. Loved the shower!

Minor repairs to fixtures ie: loose toilet in our room & noisy heater.

Sheets,comforters and towels were not clean. Toilet does not flush thoroughly. Room needs serious upgrade.

Close to where I had to go.

The fridge wasn't working and food was left in microwave.

It is very out of date overcharged for what I received and tissue in the bathroom I woke up to a bug crawling across my face.. Rooms are very small a lot of dust the heater did not work the covers are extremely small do not attempt to get comfortable

Very close to Atlanta Motor Speedway. There were also a couple restaurants in walking distance.

I couldn't access the wifi. The cable was standard definition which looked terrible on the humongous TV.

At check in the front desk clerk was very professional and friendly

Overall cleanliness of the room was just lacking a little bit

It was very dirty we found a live cockroach and dead bedbugs we were very disappointed will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Tattered, threadbare sheets; makeup stained hand towels; no hot water for 3-4 minutes, no elevator to second floor

The staff was so kind to me. I had accidentally booked a smoking room and they graciously gave me a non-smoking room. There was an empty lot behind the building, so absolutely no noise. I needed a lot of rest and got it there. I would stay here again

The walls in our room were filthy, they had a queen headboard attached to the wall with a king bed.

Great location walking distance to the speedway. The rooms were clean and the staff was always willing to help.

They turn the A/C off and unplug the fridge so you walk into your room at first and its SUPER hot. Other then that.. that was it. Turn on the A/C & plug in the fridge you are good to go!

I initially had a problem when I checked in concerning my room. I was given a different room which was much more attuned to my needs. So everything worked out for the best. My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

I worked out any problems I may have had when I first checked in.

tv remote didn't work . I got in late and didn't want to mess with getting batteries from the desk .

The room was ok other than the fact that it had bed bugs. From now on, I'll be bringing lots of Lysol.

The owner not even the least bit friendly, and he stood in the hall and watch our comings and goings. It was very creepy. He was reluctant to give me extra towels and asked me three times how many people were in my room. Breakfast was a joke.

Cheap everything, but you get what you pay for really applies here, breakfast was a joke

Closeness in promity to my desired location. Was the only available choice for the weekend.
