Office was closed and had to do business at the gas station register desk. They did not give me back my drivers license and I didn?t realize this until I got home and they will not answer their phone.. only 1 towel/ wash cloth and 1 quarter size soap

Smelled like cat pee and the people where very rude and took money for early check in but still didnt let you I would never stay there

I was traveling from Florida to Indiana, it was about 11:30 pm and my alternator was going out i stopped at nearest exit. Front desk and everyone else in town i experienced was so friendly and helpful from my arrival to the next day, which happened to be a sunday (o'reilly's auto parts, nedsleys auto care 24 hour service) all was easy, convenient, and friendly. Thank you!!

there were no tvs , wifi , or microwave things were halfway broken, and it were 2 huge cockroaches in my room .

The quiet location

We stayed in room 141 for two nights, checked out check back in at around two to then get in the bed to discover our lost vape in the sheets, which means the maid never clean the room. She just remade the bed absolutely disgusted. She also stole this woman’s breast pump and our fan and then walks out on the job. Henry you need to hire better people.

The only thing I can say good about this experience was the cashier did EVERYTHING he could to help us. He allowed me to change rooms because the first room you could tell they remade the beds without changing the sheets. You could see stains on the sheets.

The rooms are filthy and this place has bedbugs. I knew something was wrong immediately because the clerk allowed me to look at the rooms before he assigned us a room. He advised me to make sure the room had toilet paper, towels and clean linens. Once we finally found a room with clean sheets and pulled them back you could see bedbugs in the creases of the bed.

I left and went somewhere else

Dirty, I couldn’t change my dates they tried to force me to pay the whole two days when I only tried to stay 1 Foor was dirty bed was dirty the price was to high for the type of room it was

Location ok.

No tv connection. No Internet. Little light. No table. Hot water took several minutes before it showed. Bathroom towels were poor.

It was viewing the pond and field reminded me of my grandfathers pond and cow field the people were friendly and down to earth

No ice machine or no laundry machine

Dirty floor, found broken crack pipe stuck under matrons, no TV, no fridge, no eletric kettle, to the price ratio its pathetic. Stuff behind the fence, no order provided.

Breakfast not offered but the location was okay

I spent $70 dollars for 1 night for a room with no TV no microwave and no refrigerator. Didn't know there was a motel that didn't even have a TV

The gentleman in the gas station, who was dealing with booking, was fantastic.ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE WAS LIKED.

EVERYTHING ELSE.I booked this room online. No where did it say it was a run down, ‘in current remodel’ hotel.I show up to a hotel that looks completely run down. There are no outside lights on. Junk piled in windows. No front desk worker, but rather a gas station clerk serving as attendant. (Petty, but come on.)I was informed that none of the amenities shown online were available. There was no fridge, TV, coffee pot, or microwave in the rooms. The WiFi did not work. Just a bed and toilet. The place was terrible and the booking was completely misleading.The hotel was not fit to stay in, when traveling with a child.

Instead of a hotel this was a apartament complex with people leaving in the rooms this was disgusting

Even though they said that booking.com shouldn’t have allowed me to book a room they worked with me to get me a room still.

When booking we were unaware that the power in that location was still affected by the hurricane. We had no tv or cable or microwave.

We went to this location and were advised no online reservations were being homestead and then they closed the door and would reopen. They sold out to cash customers and have now charged me. This needs to be refunded.

Literally nothing.

No TV, fridge or any amenities. Just a bed, an empty dresser with nothing on top. The oldest prison-style bathroom you've ever seen. I have no idea how this qualifies as a modern motel. Also, there was no front desk. I literally had to check in AT THE GAS STATION NEXT DOOR. The whole thing was like a dream.

I bbb got there at 740 pm and they told me I had no reservation They rented me a unit for one night for $75

I man at the desk was rude when I asked about my reservation! It had been canceled and he didn't want to explain it to me! I don't think he spoke much English, but that's american now!

Everything! Your company canceled my reservation, charged me $195, and finally said I would be reimbursed $175 in 2 weeks!! wtf!
