Room, breakfast and price

I loved the mini-breakfast, the gym and location to many food and shopping locations.

The exit to get to the hotel was blocked on both sides of interstate I20. We're not from area and the alternate route was confusing. We called hotel and the front desk aattendant indicated he didnt know the area and couldnt provide directions! Really???

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful

This is the best hotel I've stayed in, in a long time! EVERYTHING was clean, even free breakfast was served in a sanitary way (everything was covered.) The room was large and bed was comfortable. The pool and grill area was beautiful and inviting.

I have no criticism... awesome place!

The staff was really great, the rooms were taste fully decorated

The freezer had food left from the last guest, plus condoms (some opened, some not) in a dresser drawer

The room was very clean and sanitized including the TV remote and hair dryer which had been cleaned and sealed in clear bags. The room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed having the small kitchenette...a little home away from home.

The only real negative was that the sliding door for the bathroom would not stay closed. We improvised and figured out a way that would work so it turned out ok.

The location and cleanliness was fantastic I would stay at home to suites in again. THE STAFF WAS GREAT ALSO.

Rooms are spacious and bed is nice

The ‘free breakfast’ now requires you to stand in a ridiculously sloe moving line where 2 hotel employees fix your breakfast one at a time. They ask you if you want an item, go off and tell you they don’t have it, repeated x 3 . Definitely need new

Room was a good size

Sliding door on bathroom was off track and bathroom was not private with that type of door. Carpets in room we’re getting wore out.

The breakfast. Did not like the premade sandwiches. No eggs no bacon. I grits

Staff wasn’t friendly. Cleaning staff knocked on door at 9:30 am to clean up When checkout wasn’t until 12

Not a major complaint, but would have loved hot ceral on breakfast bar...instant grits or oatmeal would have been great
