Holiday Inn Express & Suites Augusta West - Fort Eisenhower By IHG

The clerk that checked us in was very nice and helpful. When we got up to our room the door would not lock when we tried to leave and the phone did not work. I called down on my cell and he was so helpful he came right up and switched us to another room.

Room was large and comfortable. Nicely updated bathroom. Breakfast buffet very good.

Pleasant walking into front entry. The young woman checking us in was extremely helpful and welcoming. (She represented you well). Rooms were better than expected. Clean. Fresh. We¿d definitely return to this location.

The bed is comfortable

The place was dirty. The bathroom was NOT clean. We were NOT brought towels the entire stay! The elevator reminded me of The Hollywood Tower Hotel. Not good.

Location to where we were going. Staff was very pleasant.

Small problem with the TV.

When we arrived, it was late. We sent our mother up to the room so she could rest while we unpacked the car, but when she got to the room the beds weren¿t made. While waiting, we were asked by a man for our WiFi code and asked the manager to step in.

This place was beaten up. Old. No way a 3 star. Shower tod about to fall down.

There was a good bit of maintenance and cleaning issues that need to be addressed.

The swimming pool was dirty. We could not get clean towels when we requested them. We asked for room service one day and it was not done. We only had hot breakfast 2 of 3 days. We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It was very nice the first stay.

The room was spacious and served it¿s purpose. Staff was very friendly.

Didn¿t have a hot breakfast either day we stayed like advertised. Wasn¿t the cleanest hotel. Walls and elevators needed wiped down more. Parking was horrible because it was so packed.

Staff was nice

Hotel wasn't 3 star. Blinds were messed up, TV remote barely worked, toilet ran constantly and didn't flush properly, water damage on the ceiling. Hotel was also very loud into the night. Room was very basic and outdated.

Location. Generally very nice hotels

Very serious roof leaks. Water was coming into my second floor room and also in my replacement 3rd floor room on the other end of the building. It was pouring into the check in area. The window shades were electric and unhooked ? So non functional

the staff was very nice. The breakfast was excellent and the person presenting it was very, very nice!

Most everything looks new and very nice.

Rm 127 has a disgusting looking tub. It is badly stained; looks like something out of a rundown, dirty roach-infested motel. Completely contradicts everything else. AC is not cold. Hard to sleep because the temp was too high especially with the humidity.

The Manager went out of her way to help my family and with accommodations due to the hurricane.
