Friendly staff breakfast decent

Rented two non-smoking rooms both them smelled like smoke and musty

Nothing it stunk and the pool wasnt open and the cops came the first night and couldn't sleep

The smell, the room stunk of cigarettes, the lobby stunk of some disinfectant that seemed like a gas station that was poorly cleaned

It was a spacious room.

They never made the be nor changed the sheets the entire time I was there.

The door handle falls off when opening the door, room 123. Also the bolt lock doesn't work.

I like absolutely nothing about this hotel. It stinks like mold and dampness . It was dirty. The wood was cracked on the floor people walking the hallway, knocking on your door my room had roaches and bugs

I did not like anything about this hotel I will never ever stay in another quality inn. This hotel was in bad need of an upgrade.

The day staff is wonderful, friendly and courteous. The location is great. It's pretty quiet.

The night shift workers were rude and not willing to be very helpful. There were stink bugs on the ceiling. The guy from housekeeping would knock once and then start to unlock my door while I was in bed.

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Close to highway. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed in rm 207, the tub felt like it was going to fall in. The shower fuction, didn't work well, half of the water came out of the showerhead and the rest out the spout. They gave us coffee, but no coffee maker.

The room was a little run down the bed covers had cigarette burns in them.

Nothing. We didn't get to stay because we did not physically check in, get keys sleep in the bed.. etc. But we were charged for it because we put a hold on the room and now it's on my debit card charged and didn't even stay. You can cancel that evening.

Yes, if you reserve a room, they charge you for the entire room stay even when you cancel. If you don't stay there it will still charge you no matter what so don't even call if you don't intend on 1,000% stay

Safe and clean. Room was okay. It was good in a pinch.

Not enough electrical outlets. Poor lighting made seeing tough. Also had doors to the outside.

There is a "kitchen" in this spacious room with a eat on counter top.

The refrigerator is big but not getting cold. The freezer works.

We needed extra towels and went to the front desk to ask for more. We were told there were no towels at 6am by the desk clerk who could care less about us having no towels. Room was very misleading based on pictures it was very small.

They had roaches, wasn't given the room I booked. Trash under the refrigerator door when you opened it, and shower was dirty. I've stayed at cheaper places that didn't have bugs and way cleaner. Was tired of looking at reviews takes hours

Room was run down. Hole in bathroom door. Gouges on furniture. Lighting bad. Slight odor. Appeared clean.

Outer appearance of the hotel is marvelous.The room was clean and spacious. I felt like I was at home. I didn't want to leave.Staff was everything! Very professional and very nice. I would stay here again in the future. Thanks for treating me like family.
