Hampton Inn & Suites Augusta West

Everything. The location, the cleaniness, exercise room and THE BEST BREAKFAST EVER. So much to choose from and everything for breakfast was over the top and the worker was so so friendly and helpful!! I didnt mind tipping her big.

Everything! Everything was clean and breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. Every staff member that I encountered was very friendly and helpful at check-in.

Shower faucet didn't shut all the way. Heard a bit of water running while sleeping

The staff members (front desk, housekeepers, kitchen) were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was nice and clean.

Construction going on at the entrance of the hotel the entire time we were there (room was DIRECTLY over the entrance). Ice machine on 2nd and 4th floors did not work. Parking (though not an issue) was not the best.

Had problem with the toilet talk to the front desk and there was someone there that didn?t understand English very will so he sent someone up to bring us towels. The young guy that brought the towels up he was able to fix the toilet.

Location and they allow pets.

Parking was awful. If you make any of the managers upset then they try to make life hell for you for the rest of your stay. They had no regard for anyone¿s quiet time or if they were sleeping in.

Size of the room and helpfulness of the staff.

Parking was difficult to understand.

The night manager(?) was absolutely the best person we have ever met working at a hotel. He was a young, tall, very slender guy and he came back to help us with our TV. He couldn't get it working, but it wasn't for lack of trying. He needs a raise! A+++++

Everything went great from check-in to check-out. Couldn't have been any better.

That they don't clean up the room, make beds or anything if you stay longer than 1 night, which I have never had happened before. Plus, the cleaniness of the rooms was not satisfactory.

The breakfast was bad

The hotel is in the area around a lot of restaurants good for walking distances.

cleanliness of both room was horrible, The bathroom was dirty there was hair all over the bathroom, Tub was dirty with mold. Food on floor, hair in room and bathroom. Staffs horrible with mental illness and inexperience. Corporate involved 2nd room same.

This Hampton Inn was the worst HI we've ever stayed. There not a clerk at front desk upon arrival. We had reserved King non smoking. Was assigned room w/2 queen beds. The A/C was so loud Rattling sound that we would not have been able to sleep. Returned

to front desk. Again NO one there. Approx 10 minutes later clerk arrived. Explained the problem and was assigned room on 1st floor. Again no King just 2 queens. Room did not meet standard that we are accustomed to when staying at Hampton.Dirty & roaches

Location was great

Smelled bad. Rooms looked dirty nothing at all like the pictures and not enough parking

No room service unless requested. Not enough towels in the room.

The ice machines did not work on any floor. I had to go to the front desk to ask for ice. The king bed had a noise when you got into bed on the right side only.

Location was convenient for the purpose of my trip

We found cigarette ashes on the floor in the bathroom after we arrived and unpacked. When this was reported to the front desk, management consultation was needed. But after waiting an hour, I went to the desk clerk and asked for a broom and dust pan.

It has a very simple layout and not too many floors. It is located next to I-20, so it is easy to get on and off the road from the hotel.

Apparently there was some construction going on during my stay, which I did not know about. However, the manager on duty did put me on a floor that was away from the noise, as I wanted peace and quiet.

It was clean

This was the sorriest breakfast bar we have ever experienced. Food was not replenished in a timely basis. We will not return to this property.
