Requested non-smoking got smoking, room phone didn't work, requested accessible and didn't get (unless bar in tub and fact on 1st floor count). Won't stay here again.

Desk lamp did not work because wall outlet was missing (awaiting repair). Coffee maker was dirty. One of the towels was visibly stained.

The bed was nice and tv worked

The room I got is not the room they show online at all. I am so disappointed.

It was close to the event that I traveled to. The staff were very accommodating.The room was relatively clean ,but needed updating.

The television screen was dark,and there was no way to adjust it ,The complementary breakfast was sparce at best.

The Ritz Carlton it is not, and I can point out some things that are less than perfect. Its availability, quiet (I didn't hear my neighbors and not much traffic noise), cleanliness, staff, and unexpected-daily housekeeping are perfect. I'll be back.

The exterior elements can use a facelift, nothing serious, paint & elbow grease, mainly on the concrete walks and steps.

I didn't feel like it was a safe place. Lot of drinking and noise from that. Grilling meat on the sidewalk in front of room, etc.

The lobby was clean and the clerk was polite.

our room had a moldy smell. There was a layer of dust on the furniture. None of the vents in the ceiling had covers,the smoke alarm was missing and had wires hanging. the floor mat for the shower had boot prints on it. The towels had stains.

Distance to town

There were dozens of cockroaches in the room. The toilet had not been cleaned. The floor had sticky residue all over the floor. The room smelled heavily of weed. I would shut down this hotel. It was the worst hotel experience I've had.

Checking in the room we discovered that someone had written on the lamp shade and the bed post all kind of satanic saying which was very frighting to see these profession of Satan worshipping. no working smoke alarm or room phone, bugs in the bed.

EVERYTHING was stained from the curtains blankets pillow cases and towels. Hair on towels and wash clothes... other tenants were very loud

Everything was great for the price I paid.Most of all, I had a newly renovated room and a brand new mattress that hadn't been slept on. The location was perfect, near everything.

Office needs updating, I started not to stay, because first impressions are lasting impression. I am happy I asked to see my room 105, the front desk lady gladly showed it, the look and cleanliness of the room is what made me stay.I had new towels also

Only reason I wanted these rooms was for the swimming pool. The water was murky and walls were green. We did not go swimming.

They did a really poor job of cleaning it. The bathtub looked dirty. I wore my flip flops when taking a shower. The refrigerator needs updated.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

The check-in experience was awful. They only provided 2 bath towels in a room with four people in it. I asked for extra towels and all they had was bath mats. The Non-Smoking room smelled like smoke. The room was dirty. Gross!!!
