The customer service and friendliness of the staff.

My bed felt lumpy, had hair in the bed, and I could not sleep on the sheets.

At 10pm the fire alarm went off on the 5th floor, we called down to the front desk & they were "not sure" what was going on it was probably a "false alarm, someone probably burnt popcorn in 1 of the rooms". Not 1 of the staff came up to the floor to check

Hotel employee was amazing at the front desk I had a situation at another hotel and she got me taken care of in a matter of minutes . Hotel employee was very nice and easy going throughout our stay we will be back

Reservations were for a single king size bed, room had two Queen sized beds. Tub and shower no pressure

Great large kitchen space, it is all counter space. No cook top or burner. No kitchen ware of Amy kind.

at check-in was exceptional! Wanted my room to be clean and fresh smelling. Also, was gracious about getting me a workable remote. He was a jewel to your business!

Hotel employee had exceptional customer service. The morning receptionist, breakfast staff, and cleaning attendant were all friendly. Other things have room for improvement, but the staff was 10/10

The room was large and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable.

The breakfast food was not restocked. The bananas were virtually black. There was no yogurt at all and only one carton of milk on Monday, 2/21. The woman who was working in that area chastised us as we were leaving the area at 9:06 rather than 9:00.

We were grateful we found a hotel close to Molena to attend our son's school's participation in National Raiders Meet.

When we entered room, it was a mess and not cleaned up for next guest. The front desk said the cleaning staff went home for the day, but she would find someone to clean it. It was put together, but who knows if it was really clean. We ended up w/Covid.

Location to Atlanta motor speedway

Housekeeping did not tidy up room during my stay. Not a deal breaker but the could have checked if we needed service

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the ac actually worked in the room.

The staff came to our door at 10 am asking us if we were ready to checkout, checkout wasn't till 11 am. I understand people like to get their jobs done, but I wanted a little extra time to relax and get ready before leaving.

It was a horrible experience. I¿m home from serving for my country and I needed a place to sleep and I decided to stay here and I made a bad choice. I want my money back for this horrible experience I had.

Yes the fact of it reeking of marijuana and it also had bugs

Main lighting to room inoperative. Breakfast was rather on limited side.

The staff were extremely kind and professional. From check in to check out, the staff were attentive and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

It was a little outdated, my television kept skipping in and out of reception. Though my bed and bathroom were clean I do not feel like the carpets, curtains or sofa was clean enough.

The was hair that had not been cleaned out of the shower. The towel was stained and may not have been washed anf the electical outlet in the bathroom was broken so the hairdryer would not work.

Very nice staff and clean rooms. They honored the online price after our reservation was erroneously canceled.
