The lobby smelled fresh.

The elevator smelled like marijuana, there was no shower curtain, there were no finishes (tissue box holder/toilet paper holder), there was no coffee at breakfast due to the machine broken, there was no pancakes, the machine is broken.

Nothing. The Manager was extremely disrespectful. My first day he entered my hotel looking around and threatened to have me and my guest removed with no explanation, Charged me a 100.00 deposit but charge other guest 60.00. Reported it to P.L.

Customer service ok. Hotel was nasty and dirty, and it smelled terrible. Odor of Mildew and Marijuana throughout the hall. Employees working with dew rags on their head. The water was turned off without notifying the guest. Very Unprofessional.

Clean

Didn't receive receipt. Charged extra 20 dollars to check in early

The location and convenience

The incompetent staff and rudeness. Still waiting on $----. Thank goodness I am a Choice Hotel member and corporate number was able to help me. The hotel also is making up there own price per night of $---. When you call Choice number,they give the right #

The pullout was stained the stairs we torn and stained out outfits reported to manager and did nothing the pancake machine was broken only to yogurts barely and breakfast

The staff

The breakfast is VERY limited. The waffle maker was out of order and they were out of milk for cereal.

Hotel was n A Great Location right close to all my necessities n I was so excited to be staying at Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East Rooms were nice n clean n Staff greeted me with A Smile which was very Comforting to know that staying ok 

Floor in lobby was clean.

Room has old worn out Furnitures. Beds not made. Towels worn out. Toilet, shower and shower curtain dirty, nasty and disgusting. No hangers in the closet area. Freezer completely frozen over with ice. Would not go back there. low standards for Quality Inn

This is the worst hotel experience of my life. I have never felt the need to ever leave negative feedback before. The place was dirty, smelly, and just plain gross. The toilet was broke the tub has filthy, curtain had mold, drawer was sticky, smoke

Smoke alarm covered with a towel. I had to cover my nose to fall asleep. This was no 2.5 star hotel. That was a lie.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN

ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A NON-SMOKING AREA AND I WAS WOKEN BY CIGARETE SMOKE. VERY ANNOYING WHEN YOU HAVE TO BE AT WORK 6 AM. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED FOR INCONVIENCING ME.

It was close to the airport and we had an early flight. One of the staff, Cynthia was very kind & helpful and redid the room for us so we could sleep.

They did not change our sheets or clean our bathroom, restock our towels or toilet paper. There was hair all over the bathroom & in the sheets. the manager took no accountability, only sent us up new bed sheets.

Room service did not change sheets. When I asked for clean sheets the clerk told me that there were no sheets available, he then lied and said that they were locked up and housekeeper had the only key. He said he would bring some up in 10min, he didn't.

they did clean my room once i left for the day, or changed my bath cloths. shower curtain needed replacing, breakfast wasnt worth it and check in was at 2pm but system was down so i had to find something too do for almost 3 hours before i could check in !

Rude people , room was dirty and stunk

room was dirty, the toilet would not flush it smelled of stale cigarettes and I requested a non smoking room. They did not have breakfast as promised. The shuttle times does not accommodate flights. They need to have the service starting at 6 or 7am

Location was very convenient.

Check in time could not be accommodated, due to error with booking website. Also, comforters in room we're very dirty and covered with makeup.

Nothing!Neighborhood Crack Hotel!

Staff was rude and openly hostile. Entire Hotel smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana. Old Nasty carpet in halls and run down urban area.

Location was close to highway...and near eating places...free parking...bathroom was very clean and bed linen was clean

No breakfast was available/per booking breakfast was included..no iron was in the room...but ironing board was..tv did not work (on 1st day of booking and didnt get fixed until the night before check out)..sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable.

Rooms were neat

They had way to many roaches in the room, also they would let us take our breakfast to our room so we had to go out and get breakfast everyday. housekeeping throw our food away that was in our room, they shouldn't touch stuff in guest rooms,no one cared
