Friendly reception, large clean room

The furniture need to be updated old wood old tub. My floor was not swept old-fashioned.

Lobby was very nice and smelled amazing. Very good first impression.

Absolutely! My room had filthy floors, a dirty bathtub, and roaches everywhere

The staff are great. I had difficulty with my credit card but the hotel staff were understanding and very helpful. They could not have been more supportive.

Had no hot water my entire stay couldn't shower and they had no rooms to switch me to a different room

The rooms in this hotel all got water leak from the ceiling and the room floor is dirty. We switched 2 rooms and they both got water leak really bad.

Staff in housekeeping is phenomenal.Very patient and kind. We asked for additional towels and she accommodated immediately. Always smile on her face. Rooms were excellent.

Nice and clean.

The breakfast was not very good at all. Frozen disks of eggs warmed up, the sausage wasn¿t very good. My husband¿s sweet roll was hard and he couldn¿t eat it.

It was extremely comfortable and the area was safe. It's just a bit away from "everything", but it was good for me because my it's close to where lots of family live.

It could use an update as far as USB ports.

The toilet didn¿t flush properly. I called the front desk and the call was answered then disconnected. I made several attempts to call again and nobody answered. I had to call the 1-800 number from my cellphone and asked to be transferred to the hotel.

It was very noisy at 3rd floor, I notified front desk but didn¿t do anything.

The pool was out of order the whole time I was there and the kid's love getting in pools but instead had to settle for no pool this trip

They gave me a Hotel room that smells like Cigarettes.

Great location! And try the Mexican restaurant ¿Sabor a Mexico!¿ Very close to the Renaissance Festival, nice restaurants, I-85, and gas stations Clean, spacious rooms

Not a huge deal, but access to the hotel from the back parking lot isn¿t ideal

The staff was very friendly, and their breakfast in the morning was attended to pretty well. I didn't test the extra amenities, but it was nice to have them in case.

Only gripes I really had was the room I was in was right outside the elevator, so I heard it throughout the day. Aside from that the shower would make a high pitched sound when first turned on, but it wasn't the end of the world.
