what's not to like. lol. The front dest staff were friendly and helpful, the renovations that had just been completed made the hotel look brand new, and the bed was very comfortable. Having a true Keurig coffee maker in the room was just like home.

The front desk ladies they were all so beautiful and willing to help and assist in any way possible. They were all so friendly and outgoing. Loved it.

A variety on the breakfast

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is great, especially Parfait, who went above and beyond customer service expectations. Location is perfect for Gas South.

My original reservation was a great stay. I attempted to make a new reservation to extend my stay another day. I'm not sure why I was not able to extend my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf. This led to an accidental reservation.

The location and the cleanliness. My room was spacious.

Dirty. I emailed the hotel manager about my stay and she didn¿t even respond! If a manager doesn¿t even care about their customers, I can¿t even imagine how the staff cares for their hotel. I would not stay here¿and I won¿t in the future. Poor staff!

Limited number of parking spaces made parking a premium

The hotel knew there was a concert at the arena, about 1/4 mile down the road. They kept the shuttle running for us, because the weather was inclement and they wanted to make sure we got back safely. Above and beyond in my book.

Everything is okay, the room is clean, everything meets my expectation

Breakfast is not free, you have to pay extra? Ridiculous.

Parking is a HUGE problem. Got in very late one night due to a traffic accident on I-85 and was literally no where to park. Staff seem to not care about my family as guests. Almost rude.

The staff including  was phenomenal! I had an issue with the supervisor and some of the bar/kitchen crew. They served me soured milk in my latte and argued with me when I notified them. They believed that because the expiration date was 9/2 & their

Very clean and nice hotel. Very nice amenities with a Starbucks and bistro and Netflix in the rooms. Very modern, rate was very cheap compared to how nice everything was.

Very polite receptionist during evening shift.  ... she made sure we were satisfied with our check in.

Used this hotel in the past, but feel the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory this time.

Hotel extremely clean and well maintained.Actually looks like a new property.’Based on the msny other hotels we hav stayed at, this hotel deserves a 10 rating as well as a 4 star hotel, Great location with good choice of restaurants to choose from.

The rooms were very ergonomically designed. The bed and couch were super comfortable. The staff was your best friend.

Loved most Glass door instead of a curtain Room exactly met expectations Hotel has washer and dryer . Huge benefit for me this trip

Concessions are unreasonably high. Higher than 4-5 star hotels in Chicago.
