It was pretty! Nicely decorated. And nice view of the water

The deadbolt did not lock. But it was okay--we used the flip thingie to lock it. We didn't let the staff know because we were afraid they'd move us to another room and we had such a nice view!

They stole my money and did not let me stay because my child was crying most of the noght

How spacious and comfortable the room is, but the best thing is the fact that each room also has a living room with a sectional sofa bed and a small kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink.

Location was good.

the staff at the restaurant was not very helpful. the breakfast hours will be nice it was extended a litlle longer.

the room was dirty and dingy. carpet was absolutely dirty and damp feeling.

Everything was great! Excellent breakfast to start the day. Spacious rooms with a nice couch and big tv. Thought this hotel was excellent.?highly recommended!

The only thing that would make it better is if they had cold water and coffee available in the lobby during the day.

Large rooms with a separate sitting area, wet bar, fridge and microwave. Very friendly and attentive staff. Location has many options for restaurants and different cuisines, some in walking distance, and there are plenty of things to do in the area.

No afternoon coffee station.

Breakfast was a nightmare..... badly organized seating / layout.... more crowded then needed to be. Staff nearly non-existent.... coffee & hot water always empty. Poor over-all choices. Have had much better breakfast in a 2-star motel!

Rooms are very old, poorly maintained, run-down, and stink. Worst hotel in the Hyatt chain Left the hotel after consulting with the manager. no refund Every highway motel is better. Not a non-smoking hotel nor a 3-star hotel in 2024 (maybe in 1990)

The entire staff was great,  at the front desk. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location was great with the lake behind the property. Breakfast was excellent as well.

If I had to call out anything,it would be the elevator button for floor 2 would not stay lit which caused you to keep pressing the button. That's it!

The staff has not been trained properly on protocols for a private stay. They gave the persons name and room number and all their info on the counter. The mngmt is very unprofessional. They huddle and gossip The night auditor was very professional.

Location

The room was not properly cleaned. The used coffee cup wasn¿t left moldy and when I told the staff they don¿t even care. Just briefly say sorry and not even have eye contact.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though our room was across from the elevator on the top floor it was very quiet. There was plenty of parking. The pool is a big plus. The breakfast was great.

The hotel isn¿t within in walking distance to anything but that was ok for us. I wish breakfast ran a little later during the week, it¿s 6:30-9. I wish I was until 10 like in the weekends. The only thing the room was missing was a microwave.

"Tired" room needing proper maintenance. Paint chipped and peeling, door frames and ceiling, missing grout in bathroom tile repaired multiple times with caulk which molds, blood stain in tile grout in shower, never could get computer to connect to TV.

They need to do better with cleaning tile in shower, but that¿s a problem in all tile showers

Clean, nice sized rooms

Shower was either hot or cold, no in between. There were no easily accessible plugs beside the bed. There were no usb charging ports anywhere in the room. The breakfast was meh.

We stay there 4 nights, but no body come to clean the room, replace towels and clean the garbages.
