Staff could be friendlier. Also got switched from original room bc of renovations so there were ladders every wheres and buckets in the hallways bc of leaking pipes. Lastly, the ad said breakfast was included here but there was never any set out.

Beds comfy, AC did not disappoint, and cable tv was all I needed. Pool was great also.

I was there for a week and had a total of 15 roaches in my room. I pray they didn’t travel back with me. Also, the free breakfast is absolutely TRASH.

We were told about the $50 deposit u til arriving and we're not able to stay at the hotel. Our $--- hotel room charge was not refunded.

the Floor was Filthy So I put the Towels on the floor cause the toilet overflowed maitence repaired toe toilet BUT KEPT MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE I USED THEIR TOWLES TO MOP UP TOILET

They did not have a hot breakfast. They did not have a microwave. The air-conditioning was broke.

Loud couldn't get any sleep. Adjoining rooms has very thin walls and doors. Night desk clerk very unpleasant acts like he doesn't like checking people in

The tub, shower was dirty! I had to bird bath during my stay because the shower was dirty. The hotel attracted unsafe people with unsafe practices.

Bathroom not very functional and clean. Toilet too small ans low to floor.

Ac didn't work good... run and then turn off... but finally figured out the window could open so that saved the night of sleep because it was cool outside. Bed was horrible big dip in the middle and made a bunch of noise. Plus the hotel was loud.

Over charged my card after being told my deposit was $50. My card was charged an additional 58.00 and I had to wait to receive funds back.

Proximity to freeway

Everything. It?s a roach motel. Dirty restrooms, horrible mattresses, shower faucet didn?t work well.? the place definitely needs major maintenance and deep cleaning.

Front desk agents are always nice.

The pool was closed because it failed inspection. The mattress cover had a 3-ft diameter urine stain that the maid couldn't be bothered to replace. They just put a clean fitted sheet over the stain. How disgusting is that??

It needs a total upgrade. The closet door came off the carpet was dirty the room was dirty

El personal del que atiende el cuando te reciben. Te miran y te tratan super mal. Y el desayuno es fatal mejor digan que es solo meriendas y cafe y jugo me he quedado en esas misma cadena hotel y el desayuno es distinto.

Very clean and the staff are great, they say good morning and are very caring
