Haven Inn & Suites

location, staff service, cheap price

Old interiior

Staff

Main light switch no light, bulbs in lamps missing or out. Base boards away from walls, no tub stopper, hole in bathroom wall fist size, Fire/Smoke detector CHIRPED ALL NIGHT LONG, even after they said it was fixed.people hanging around on curb.

The customer service team was great

The floor of my room needed a little vacuuming to keep it clean. Apart from that, the room was comfortable.

Location, very good staff

Quality of coffee and creamer

The staff is friendly my air conditioner unit went out I reported it and a new unit was put in immediately the next day. The location is nice everything I need is close by.

No complaints here at the moment.

Not really anything

It smelled like an ashtray the rooms are falling apart and disgusting.

Absolutely nothing!

The employee are very unprofessional, worst customer service ever. The hotel lobbies stinks and smells very bad. The room is not well kept. One can hardly find an outlet that works to charge phone. I will never recommend this nasty and filthy hotel

Nothing, it was right off the interstate but that also makes it hard just to get back if we weren't exiting the interstate

None of the electrical outlets worked in the room or bathroom. Rods for shower was hanging out the wall. Looks like families live there. Walked out the room to dead cockroaches in the hallway. It was just horrible

Front desk rude.... lobby a mess ...room not clean need my money back ...take them off the list... Terrible.

No anything.... gross ..bad place to stay... Don't Stay

Cheap, walking distance of colosseum

Thin walls, shotty paint, furniture falling aprt

The staff was friendly

Everything else was just awful. The place wreaked of drugs. We got harassed by cops and drug abusers. They "quarantined" the hotel temporarily due to chemical reactions from drug abuse

Nothing at all front desk manager veey ruid

Front desk wouldn't allow me to speech to GM wouldn't give property number corp number and was very ruid

When I get there they have me the wrong room then I got transfer to different room which according to owner was reserved for seniors so I have to move again but this time they don't have any vacant room so I had to be in smoking room

The guy at the desk was really welcoming.

Restrooms horrible filth nasty stained curtains, covers had cigarette burns. Smelled of weed smoking traffic in and out all night. Felt unsafe worst hotel I ever stayed at.

The size

They gave me a smoking room. It smelled didn't look clean and was just overall bad experience.

The night desk lady was super nice and helpful. She printed out directions for me for the venue I needed to go to the next day.

Appalled with the nasty shower curtain, covered in mold. And it would not stay closed. The tub did not drain well. The toilet ran forever when flushed. There were not any tissues in the tissue holder, and only 2 towels in a room for 4 people.

Customer service

Ask for the room to be cleaned an it wasn't cleaned the best that it could have. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, the towels and wash clothes were dirty. I took the trash bag out an put the trash bag next to the door. She didn't replace it. Tub dirty

Friendly staff, good location

Slightly outdated but not old or dirty

servive is Good^

The smell of smoke and marijuana in the hallways
