The location

It had a horrible smell at times, my heater didn’t work in my room but by the time we realized it my two daughters and I were too tired to move rooms. We didn’t have an ice bucket, I feel like that room was ignored and we got thrown in there.

Air conditioner worked great

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Smelled horrible. Tv didn?t work. Yellow goo on the walls. Desk lamp rusted, wall lamp crooked, bed didn?t fit on frame, loud noises in hallway all night. Breakfast only had bread. Pool was dirty.

The hotel is rundown, and strikes me as dirty. The hallways stunk...and the towels in the room were "iffy" (not fully cleaned??). The desk service was horrible! The female rep on duty was beyond rude in person...and on the phone. She even hung up on me!

I was unable to enjoy my reservation it was completely filthy and unsanitary and unsafe. The towels sheets and comforters were stained the window drapes would not close guest were screaming at 11pm groups of individuals were hanging outside HORRIBLE

Breakfast area was not cleaned up in the morning. Ran out of milk and fruit BEFORE the breakfast area closed. When asked to have the room freshened bed was not changed or made up and light bulbs not replaced.

I arrived around 1:30AM. There were people loitering in the lobby who were not guests. One followed me to my car and asked me for money. Another one taunted me as I got on the elevator to go to my room. I did NOT feel safe.

We didn¿t have a key for our room. The staff let us in.

Dated, wear and tear evident everywhere. Dirty hallway carpet, no housekeeping in 4 day stay.

The hotel needs upgrades for the bathroom, furnitures and internet connection. We spent 3nights there and we were not able to connect to the WiFi. When I left my used towels and trash outside by the door. House keeping never came to pick up the garbag.

The staff is great! The location is great. Close to the Gas South Arena and lots of great restaurants

The hotel is a little dated. The a little too pricey for the condition. The water pressure of the shower could be better.

Cleanliness and inside pool

Room appearance was outdated and furniture did not look so clean

Everything was great. Staff was kind, helpful and professional. I will stay there again.

Its was cool the way the closest area was hidden behind the big mirror.. never seen that before. Very cool

The ice machine and vendor machine was too close to the rooms. Ppl getting ice all time of the night. Needs to b in a better location so it don't disturb the guest.

Nothing at all. Worst experience this far.

On our 1st night there, housekeeping came into our room and just left towels. They did not make the beds. On our 2nd day housekeeping knocked twice and I said hold on and he proceeded to enter my room anyway. Luckily I had the extra lock on my door.

Seems like a small mom/pop operation. Would stay away from this hotel next time.

we Check in at 03:20 AM and took about 20 minutes? There was no comforter for the couch/bed, when we ask for the sheet, the attendant hesitate to give us the sheers? It's suppose to be a 2.5 stars? We would not stay at this hotel again.

It says the back door is locked for security, you have to use your key to open it. Untrue, door is broken & anyone can just get in. There was a bug of some sort on my bed and also 1 in the toilet! They had no wash cloths or towels.I had to buy my own!
