Room is clean

I feel unsafe , so many people walking around with dogs bark all night , I don’t think it’s a tourist people

I enjoyed the clean rooms along with this hotel being pet friendly (so no leaving the furbabies behind at home. Like to grill? 3 outdoor grills and picnic tables each in their own little area in the back. Beautiful kitchenette with full fridge.

Several rooms bordering mine had a overwhelming loud group with their room. One was less annoying with basic kids playing on a higher level. However the other had a lady that obviously didn't know how to control her mouth, nor her kids.

I booked a king but got a queen. Wasn¿t happy with that. GSR was a bit rude. She rather talk to guest than assist with new check ins.

Location, refrigerator doesn't freese everything, and everything works as it should.

No privacy, as soon as you leave they go into your room. Housekeeping took one of my pillows and never brought it back and nobody knows nothing. You hear people stumping children flipping and jumping, and doors slamming 24-7

The price and location

The staff is horrible and incompetent. The manager  is rude and disrespectful took it upon himself to bust into my room after I moved last night from another room that wasn't up to par even after being newly renovated. Contacting corporate.

ROACHES!!!! It was disgusting walking through the hallway and seeing roaches crawling on the wall. They were also inside the rooms. It was the worst experience staying in a hotel. I would recommend for people to NEVER stay here!

Sorry, but nothing

There was mold on the window, they had a air freshener in the bathroom that was at max and way overpowered the room. Tried to open the window to air out the room. No hot water, so tub/shower was useless. Beds absolutely wore out. Outlets wore out.

It was in a good location by the interstate and around plenty of restaurants to enjoy meals.

The front desk guy did not greet us with kindness, they only changed my linen one time out of 5 nights of my stay

I didn't really like anything about the hotel. I only stayed there because I couldn't get a refund, and I can't afford to throw away money.

The employee at front desk was unfriendly at checked in. The carpet and rugs in the hotel were very dingy and soiled. The tile in my room was slippery and seemed greasy. The towels had long strands of hair stuck to them. Large cockroaches by outer doors.

Nice area. Quiet.

Old and run down. Dirty furniture. No printer with the computer. $100 deposit seems high. I've stayed at much nicer places and their incidental fees were half of that or less

The newly remodeled kitchen was great.

the midsized frig was too small for my taste and the shower had poor pressure and lukewarm temp at any time of the day or eve. The frying pan was warped and would not heat on the flat top burner.

It's unfortunate that there's no breakfast :-(. Internet service is much too slow. Seems a lot of doors have too much gap, particularly at the top..what's the deal with that? THE FURNITURE IS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. I COULDN'T SIT IN ANY OF THE CHAIRS!!

IF THE FURNITURE WEREN'T SO DIRTY I WOULD'VE FELT MORE COMFORTABLE.and because of the flimsy doors you can easily hear everyone as you walk by their suite.

Dirty linens, utensils,left with bites waiting to see if its bed bugs or fleas, poor customer service,Wi-Fi was horrible. Some unsavory characters hanging around. Suppose to be non smoking, but thats all you smell.

Nice, knowledge staff. Great location. Very quiet and comfortable.

No pool. Older appliances. No coffee or condiments in room. GPS kept taking us downtown instead of correct location.

Absolutely nothing!! As soon as I got there they charged me an extra $20 for some "incidental fee" like anybody would steal the MESS in the room. There were stains on the chairs and I asked for another room and she didn't have any.

I then asked for a sheet to cover the extremely stained chairs and the housekeeper says she doesnt have sheet for that. Then GM threatens to kick me out and call police because I simply and calmly asked for a sheet. Paid -- for a room and for what??
