The star was super friendly! The room was huge and clean. The location is amazing. There's a little shopping district surrounding the hotel so lots of food options. 3 coffee shops within 10 mins walk. A few boutiques for shopping. We were in town for a concert, but I want to come back just to do a vacation at this hotel/area again!

The breakfast was not included and the concession in the lobby was costly. The Bistro closed at 9:30 am, a little early for me.

Great location with easy check-in and ample parking. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great drinks from a competent and nice bartender. Breakfast was tasty, and fast. Starbucks coffee a plus!!!

I found that for $207 a night I would have liked housekeeping to have serviced my room. We stayed two nights, and every other day is not acceptable. The mattress was very hard.

The location was amazing! There are so many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. The parking for the hotel is free, so you can just walk to wherever you want to go without worrying about paying.

The guy at the front desk was not very friendly. He wasn't rude, per se, but definitely not inviting at all.

The location! I felt safe traveling with my two girls. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Housekeeping did not make the bed to clean the rooms while My garbage was not picked up even after I asked for it to twice. I collected my own garbage and put it at the door and it still was not picked up so it stayed in my room for my stay!

I love walking across the street and have variety places to eat. A playground and water fountain for my Grandson.

Wish the had a tub in the room

It was a very clean and pretty hotel; and, in a good location. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. I called the night before my stay to request the two rooms I booked be close together. When I arrived, the lady I spoke with was working again and she had made sure our rooms were adjoining. Outstanding!

It was difficult to see where to park and enter for registration.
