The locations to the venue was amazing was able to walk to the venue as well as restaurants close by.

The bathroom door was very hard to open and close and was very noisy. Going to the restroom in the middle of the night turned into waking everyone in the room up. Additionally our bathroom did not have a fan so the entire room was subjected to fun smells

Very nice hotel, located very convenient to convention center.Staff was helpful as well.

Breakfast was overpriced for what they offered. I also was delayed at check in for nearly an hour, as they could not find my prepaid booking.

The area was quiet and secure.

The spa was not working.

Friendly staff

Ice machines did not work. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was serviced only once over 4 days. Bed was uncomfortable. Everything was old and worn. Hotel desperately needs renovations.

It was close to the conference that I attended.

The outside doors didn't work actually close, our room must have been next to a water heater because it was loud all night long. They tried to nickel and dime you on everything. It was not well kept at all.

Room 420, the drainage on bath tub flow very slow.

Room size was great. Bed firm but soft on top, perfect. Beautiful bathroom. Heat/ac worked awesome.

This hotel is not like any other Hilton we have stayed at. The hallways were not level & it smelled like mildew. The room also smelled, and the bathroom had water damage to it. We stayed in 320 & it was not the best. The lady charged our card twice.

Moldy bathroom housekeeping never picked my trash from outside the room. I know they are short staffed due to covid however they were in the next door room and still did not pick up the trash or the towels. I threw out the trash myself.

The pool was broken. Paper room numbers. Breakfast was in a bag while other hotels had their continental breakfast open. It appears to look like they are getting ready to declare bankruptcy. Hardly full. Maybe 10% occupied. For the money, not worth it¿

As I¿ve said above¿.they should have paid me to stay there. It was a sad property. Never again!

Toilet stopped up. Maids disturbed me constantly although I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Renovations are underway on 1st, 2nd floor not available. Lysol wipes not available in public areas. Staff was mask-less.

I liked the cleanliness and location of hotel.

Staff could use a little more training I know times are different but silence at check in doesn’t make it any better.

Hotel could use remodeling & beds are hard. No towels in pool area. Cleaning crew not friendly; said hello to a couple of them but didn't get any response/acknowledgement. We were greeted w/friendly employees when we checked in/out. Breakfast not free.

Hotel employees were very professional, knowledgeable and always had a smile. The facility offered a free shuttle to and from the concert site.

The room was an average room, needed an update to the bathroom, the sheets were clean as proven by the bleach smell in the sheets. Air conditioner was controlled by a wall thermometer which had a loud click when it turned on, heard it all night.

The rooms were very spacious (both rooms, see the comment on the "dislikes"); the location was very convenient for travelers on I-85.

The first room we were assigned to had many small ants crawling on the working desk next to the TV. After complaining to the front desk, we were switched to a different room, but there was a pair of dirty socks lying on the floor of the closet.

The room next to mine was slamming doors at 1am not sure why only to have a staff member call my room and inquire if it was my room then to come to my door and further disturb me and question me on sounds coming from or around my room then to have staff -

threaten to call the police. This entire stay at this location was a nightmare. I would never I do mean NEVER go back to that location ever again!!

There was a rust stain in the tub that was very unappealing. For a 3 star hotel and a Hilton, I think breakfast should have been included.
