Hampton Inn & Suites Johns Creek

The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was wonderful. Also the Happy Hour is a nice addition at he end of the work day.

Wish the guests with dogs would be on one floor but understood this may not always be possible.

I liked the cleanliness and size of the room!

My only small issue was that the walls were a little thin. I could hear the person next to me snoring and using the bathroom as I¿m sure they could hear us. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel!

I mentioned to the staff when we were leaving that the refrigerator is broken and freezes everything even at low temperature. He said hell have it fixed after we leave. I thought this hotel was 100percent grant since its a Hampton inn.

The breakfast was excellent also the selection of available snacks. Check in and check out was easy.

They advertised a pool which they did not have and didn't care that they did not have. Also the microwave in my room could not be used. Rather than assist, they asked that I come to the lobby and use that one, not an appropriate solution.

The location, staff's friendliness, hotel employee, and convience of breakfast. It was close by the South Gas Arena for my daughter's graduation.

The room carpet was smelly and needed cleaning. I sprayed Lysol and bought Airwick plug in for the smell. They did not have safes and no dressers to store valuables and clothing.

A little pricey but the room and the breakfast was very nice.

It had a strong smell coming in - not sure what they use for sanitizing, but it was strong.

The best thing about the hotel was the size of the rooms

The staff was very rude on the morning of March 20. The breakfast that was supposed to come with the room was obsolete. There were several people downstairs before 9:30 and they were saying they stopped cooking at 9:20 even though breakfast goes to 10 am.

The housekeeper was very sweet. Hotel was clean and staff was nice.

The staff was welcoming and helpful! The room was excellent! The pool area was great and I loved how it had an area set up for grilling out under a covered area. Very nice. A walking trail behind it! Location...EXCELLENT!! Loved my stay!
