Sleep Inn Douglasville near Arbor Place

Pros +

• The night clerk was very nice and tried to be accommodating with the issues I encountered.
• The sfarr was really friendly and helpful
• Convenient location half hour from airport.

Cons -

• The bed was so hard, I wasn't sure if it was just concrete blocks covered by a 2 inch foam masquerading as a mattress. That is the main reason I couldn't stay but one night. I checked out early the next morning to find more suitable accommodations. Also the only working USB outlet was on the desk lamp and that lamp was left unplugged, because when I did try it, I found the wire near the plug was exposed and I didn't want to burn the place down by leaving it plugged in. The night clerk did offer to swap it out the next day when the maintenance (?) person came in. I didn't even mess with the floor lamp. It had no light bulb in it, I wasn't sure what other surprises it might have had. So I had the lamp at the bed and one overhead light, and extremely hard bed and no solution but to go elsewhere.
• I’d like more of a selection for breakfast, but it was sufficient.
• The water wasn’t hot enough and toilet constantly running. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly
