- The manager was very aggravating and unreceptive
- Staff (couldn't get refill on juice machine, sleeper sofa was filthy and drug pipe or something was found in the sofa also sofa was not made). Did not make stay comfortable or welcoming.
- Cockroach?s, shower ceiling leaking from floor above, zero parking
