Located off Interstate 20, the Quality Inn & Suites Decatur - Atlanta East offers easy access to the eclectic galleries, shops and performance venues that consist of its downtown area and Oakhurst Community, as well as area events like the Decatur Arts Festival and the AJC Decatur Book Festival. - Nothing, horrible staff and I was charged twice for a room I was unable to check into u til almost midnight for unprofessional reasons.
- Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was pretty clean (saw one place that needed dusting but was hard to reach).
- The front staff was ok
Cons -
- Smell of pot in the lobby and halls.
- Everything was horrible, especially the staff. I was not assisted, compensated , or adhered to at all during my brief stop at this establishment.
- It is only a continental breakfast, and the refrigerator holding the yogurt was down for 2 days.
