Cleanliness

Very noisy. 3/4 inch gap at the bottom of door allowed noise from the hall. The noise of other guests walking and talking in the hall carried into my room until 3am! I could hear the ice machine from two rooms away. Impossible to sleep.

Clean and recently renovated

Yes I was in my room alone in the bed and I heard a card at my door and then my door opened and when I said hello who's there the man just turned around and took off

For the price, this was a great hotel. Very clean, recently remodeled.

Breakfast was just OK. Had the basics.

Some carpet seemed dirty. The breakfast was not good as they had Great Value yogurt and nothing tasted good.

The bathroom was very uncomfortable and the toilet was nasty looked like wasn't cleaned for months you could see the urine and dust over it do not recommend to no one not 2.5 stars not even one and the breakfast not good either.

Worst rooms i've ever stayed in, stairs stinked. Paintjob and interior work in the rooms seemed to have been done by people without qualification, very minimalistik breakfast, disposable tableware. Bad internet in the room (mostly no internet)

Great location.The front desk clerk and other employees were very helpful and friendly.The hotel is under renovations so the lobby was dusty but they care to clean and make it nice.Room had tile floor and great shower. Breakfast was also good.

No, it was a very good experience

Room had not been cleaned. There was food in the floor. Stuff was smeared on the hair dryer, bathtub and curtains and the dresser was broken. Will not be staying in the future.

The location was the best thing about this hotel.

Room(s) were filthy (all 3 I was moved to). Manager had me go to the cleaning staff and tell them they were doing a bad job and my room was filthy. Horrible leadership and experience. I've never been more humiliated for myself and that poor employee.

The checkin staff was friendly.

Our room was not clean, the linens and towels however seemed fresh and clean.

The lady who checked me in personally went and made sure the second room was clean. She cleaned it herself.

By using the online booking service, i get put in the worst rooms the hotel has. The room i was put into here was nasty. The tub nor the toilet had been cleaned. There were also spots on the sink faucet. I took picts and showed the lady at the desk.

non smoking room that smelled like smoke,empty cigarette package on the floor,previous renters dirty wash rag on the shower curtain rod,and pizza crust in the trash can.

The trip was spur of the moment. They let us check in early and were very accommodating

Unfriendly night hotel staff, stained towel, pillow case inside out, dirty coffee machine, terrible coffee, bathroom door bangs you on the head when sitting on toilet, moldy smell from AC unit, stale air.
