• Needed disability room
• 1 The room was not very clean--the tub was not cleaned well, nor was the bathroom floor--the carpetting in the bedroom needs to be steam cleaned.2 The beds are on a platform that is much too high and is difficult to get in and out. WE are both not tall--5'6 and 5'0 each---one has to literally climb a mountain to get onto the mattresses---this was noted to the front desk and she said there have been many complaints about this from other guests---the platforms need to be cut at least in half from the floor and replaced. 3 We could not access the internet from our room--normally all one enters is the last name of the Guest and room number---this required a code and there was no prompt to enter the code4 There were several buttons in the elevators that did not light up when pressed. 5 Our Keurig coffee machine was not operational in Room 214 and the front desk has no replacment for the machine )although I do not know why one could not have been taken from another room when I asked before retiring as the hotel was clearly not fullThats all folks
• They double booked our room and I had an older couple try to come into our room at 2am and scare my wife and kids
