Polite and helpful staff
Paid for a suite with jetted tub. Tub was filthy and damaged so I didn't get to use it. Let the front desk know and wasn't even offered a new room.

Location was good.
The place was dated. The spa tub was disgusting. Stained very bad ,slip guard torn. Didn't use it. Furniture was soiled. The bed slept fairly. I asked the lady at the desk was there a better section or other room's and she said they are all the same. I have stayed at other Hamptons and have never experienced this before. Very disappointed. I needed to stay 2 nights but left and went to the Hyatt hotel nearby. Very pleased. That place needs renovations desperately. Uh

rooms were clean but a little dated. the air conditioning in the room was awesome. great location. the staff was so so friendly and accommodating. my son in the military and breakfast was about to end the cook asked him if he wanted something to eat and fixed him what he asked for without hesitation. lobby and pool area were clean and nice.

Breakfast is/was awesome!! Very tasty each morning and fresh, great options to choose! Location is great with several eating options available and right off the main road in town. Overall, a great stay and would stay again if and when in the area! Also, the cookies are delightful.
The only downside is the bed was too soft for my liking. Overall, a great stay!

It was convenient and in a great and safe location.
The ability to check in early just to drop my bags off, that was disappointing.
