Quiet environment and the size of the room.
My room was not serviced for 2 says. When asked, the House keeper stated that "they all went home". When asked if she could freshened Up the room she anserwerd " ooih no, im the supervisor. i dont clean rooms" the adsistant manager did the cleaning. Horrible customer Service from House keeper. She should be reprimanded. She does not represent Hyatt's valué. Also no microwave in the room

Room was spacious and big enough for 5 people. Location was great. Room was clean, linens were clean, and bathroom was clean! The employees were very nice and welcoming.
Went to order muffins and they had to charge them to the room instead of me paying out of pocket. The guy charged them to the room as the woman went to get the muffins, but when she came back they were out of muffins. Also out of cinnamon rolls, so since they couldn't give me my money back because it was charged to the room, I opted for 2 pieces of cheesecake. And that seemed a little difficult for them to understand that I needed 2. Had to wait about 20 minutes. I think if they are out of stuff. They need to remove it from their case that shows what all they have. Or at least put a sign on it.

Location was great. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurant “El Vaquero “. It was also only blocks from my old workplace where I had to be. Everyone was so polite I got the munchies and went down and got a cheesecake that was wonderful.
I’m southern and I want grits at breakfast. The eggs were good but only lukewarm

The location is good, with plenty of locations for food nearby. The staff was very friendly.
The whole hotel and rooms need a refresh. The lobby is not really a lobby. The "lobby" is really an area to eat your breakfast or whatever, but definitely not an area to lounge or sit to get out of your room. No real seating areas, just chairs with tables. Also, it just looks drab. When you enter, it seems depressing (same with the room). And don't get fooled by the stipulation that it has a bar. It's a counter next to the reception area with liquor bottles on shelves, but no one manning the "bar". I guess the receptionist is the bartender. The receptionist had her plastic cup there when she felt thirsty. So if you want to get out of your room to stretch or get a while and relax with friends or family, you are out of luck. The weird thing was how the employees utilized the so-called "lobby". There were never any guests hanging out; they were just the employees sitting in the "lobby" chairs on their phones, browsing social media for hours. It was more like an employee break room than a reception area. The room was also very dark and weird in layout. The bathroom mirror and sink are in the area with the beds- no doors, no walls. So if you are getting dressed, putting on make-up, etc., and need a mirror, you have no privacy from anyone in the room. Also, don't get up at night to use the sink area. When you turn on the light, everyone will hate you. You would think the bathroom vanity, sink, and mirror would be in the bathroom with the shower and toilet. That brings me to the toilet. It is with the shower in a very small room. The problem is that when you are doing your "business" on the toilet, it is right next the door that separates the rest of the room. I mean, the toilet is literally 3 feet from the end of my bed. There is zero separation. Hard to explain, but feel free to punish yourself and the people you travel with to get a feel for my explanation. On second thought, don't.

Rooms were spacious.Great shower, water was hot. Enjoyed the bar in the evening. Very personable and professional staff.
Air conditioner unit wasn't the best. Pool area needed more attention.

Rooms were very clean
Pool was closed. When you pay this much for a hotel, you expect to be able to use the pool. The curtains in the room did not close all the way and there was an extremely bright light right outside the room, making it impossible to sleep. Pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, typical free breakfast in a hotel
