Pros +
- Good location. Staff friendly and welcoming. My room upstairs was quiet. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable. Looks like they are trying to keep place clean and do updates and replacements . Will stay again.
- The staff was very friendly. The owner needs to check the rooms and replace items or deep clean.
- Nothing It was great
Cons -
- Carpet in the room is old and needs replacing. It was clean so.
- The room was worn out. Stains on carpet, old towels that were like sandpaper, no hot water at sink, dirt on receptacle and light over sink, and the worst a sheet that had blood stains.
- No elevator, I booked a room to queen beds. Call them at 8 oclock told them that I would be late. When I got there, they had no rooms on the bottom floor. Im handicap I had to take over one queen bedroom for two people.

Nothing It was great
It was meant that everything was great I loved it was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in since I've been dealing with you for the price range I pay I go over that way to stay one time a week because have a patient but I want to tell you it was
The people here are wonderful The rooms was very clean and very nice I will plan on coming back here again with my job when I need a place to stay in this area
The only complaint I have is they ought to put three washcloths and three tiles per room I don't care if I'm here by myself when I get here I take a shower and I'm sorry it takes two towels for my long thick I wash m Wash my face two or three times a day
Staff was pleasant. Bed was fine.
The towels were terrible. Did not absorb the water very well and were small. No hot water at the sink, cold only. Shower was fine with hot water. Batteries in TV remote control needed to be replaced.
The lady checking us in was super friendly and took time to get to know us. (Sorry I don't remember her name). She was quick in dealing with unruly guest at 2AM in the morning.
Would of been nice had they had a little better selection for breakfast. I do realize we are still dealing with COVID, but I do travel for work and even with that, there are hotels offering scaled back breakfast options.
location
broken shower door handle, broken door lock
Staff were friendly and apologetic regarding issues
It as wrong room and was charged for room with spa we only had shower, there was a cigarette pack in our coffee maker which to me means housekeeping isn¿t cleaning the rooms
Staff were helpful and kind. Lot of breakfast options - something for everyone there.
Though signage read "no smoking" my room smelled like smoke.
That it was clean compared to the Best Western in town across the street.
Rooms and bathroom were tiny and there is no elevator and had a lot of luggage.
The staff were wonderful. We checked out on a Saturday. Breakfast opens at 7 am on the weekends. Since we had a 10hr journey ahead with two toddlers, we had to leave before then. The front desk staff brought breakfast out early for us. I was impressed!
Nice granite/ quartz countertop in the room, but the faucet literally felt like I could pull it right out. The showers need updated. I really hope they invest in an elevator. Overall, good for the price.
Had to request new comforter looked like blood on it . At Continental breakfast roaches were found in cereal. There was a child at the table eating the same cereal. When I told the front desk they cleaned only one cereal container. Would never recommend.
Location and price
The continental breakfast was somewhat lacking compared to others so went to Waffle House instead.
They did not have our reservation. Turned us away at 11:30 pm.When I called the next day, the hotel clerk said they had the reservation now, "had been having trouble with the it fax machine" Very poor excuse
Unprofessional, no help late at night, left my wife and I stranded !
I stayed in this hotel about 6 years ago it was a very nice hotel with nice friendly people.now the people who own it turned it into a giant motel.people are dry. after a certain hour you can't walk through the lobby. they have it locked at both ends.
We were traveling on our way to Nashville, got to the hotel late and only spent one night. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Location needed for my work.
I was disappointed because one of the lamps beside the bed had no bulb and the nonsmoking room I stayed in had cigarette burns in the sheets and the room smelled like cigarettes.
I dire need of updates. I was surprised that choice hotels would sponsor this hotel
The location was perfect for our destination to meet up with family and on very close to various restaurants.
